Avoid at all costs. They send out emails for 10% off plus a gift but don’t honor it. Nothing in the email differentiated their products and not counting on certain products. Avoid like the plague

They took full payment and said they would deliver item in 3-4 weeks. No item 8 weeks later. No tracking number. No response to my emails. This company is a scam. Going to do a credit card chargeback and report them to the BBB and state. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a scam. They waited to send my order until after I disputed the charge on my credit card, which was a month after I ordered it (as a Christmas gift no less). DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Update- do not trust the company's response- I have the tracking information to prove they shipped the item later in the day that I disputed the change. Get on reddit and read the dozens of people saying similar things I am. The company even blocked me on Instagram after I negatively commented on their page.

I would highly recommend buying from another company. I bought an Onyx sauna in December which I have yet to receive. I was supposed to receive the sauna by Feb 6th at the latest, and I still don’t have a sauna. Good luck speaking to anyone at the company. The only communication I have had is through email, and it has been less than helpful. They now have a number posted on their website, but no one answers. I took off work today because supposedly my sauna was going to be delivered. It is now 2 hours past the scheduled delivery time and still now sauna. The shipping company has been absolutely no help. Do not buy from this company-it has been a nightmare!!!

Definitely should have checked Trustpilot before hitting the purchase button. Worst company I've dealt with, maybe ever. Lot of false advertising - 2 day delivery can mean months and months. My sauna (that I tried to cancel a few hours after purchase) was delivered a month later. Cold plunge still hasn't arrived (over two months now). Never received tracking they claimed they would send. Do not have any customer service phone number - if you get an email response, it will be days later, at least. Says moneyback guarantee but they charge you a 25% restocking fee for your never opened sauna you tried to cancel almost immediately, that was delivered a month late and you have to cover shipping. Ridiculous. Be warned! UPDATE: As of 04/14 (now four months later) still have not received my cold plunge and emailed many times and keep getting the same response over and over claiming they are escalating the request and will send tracking information soon.. Terrible, terrible company.

Shipping! 1 month on sauna and 2 full months on cold plunge. They said due to heavy sales during holidays. My suggestion, Stop selling till you catch of on orders.

Purchased this sauna for a mid-February delivery. I am now told it will be late March as there are issues with the product. If you look at their reviews, (Reddit, etc.) you will find that they are infamous about not meeting product timelines with customers waiting weeks/months with some stating they have never received their product. Be warned. If you try to cancel, they charge you a 25% re-stocking fee, for not being able to deliver on their promise.

The item was not shipped until several weeks after purchase. The seller created the shipping label within 1-2 days, which gave the illusion it’s on its way. However, it stayed in this limbo status for several weeks. Limited contact options for company. The device that heats the water was shipped separately, with a different shipper. Quality is not very good in my opinion, with my expectations being based on advertising pictures and descriptions. In short, imagine buying a portable sauna from Temu. The entire experience, including the item itself, was similar to my experiences with Temu, including options to contact the company, item quality, and shipping wait time. I also wonder if the company responses to negative reviews on Trust Pilot are generated by Ai?
