I believe that Burneek sales technicians were helpful in providing me with the necessary information I needed to purchase my sauna. Asdrimar was the primary technician that assisted me. I appreciate the quick email response that he provided, which include superb technical knowledge and professional willingness to guide, share and provide in every possible way. It would be nice if the company would provide a phone number, I believe this is just one area that will improve Burneek service capabilities.

Came well-packaged, easy to build by yourself and the sauna its self is aesthetic and works GREAT. I love that the red light feature can be toggled on or off for those with sensitive skin. Would recommend to any provider who’s trying to elevate their practice for patient/client experience!

The Burneek company is great and the saunas are even better. Delivery came before the dates they send it was going to be delivered, the box, boxes, and all compents were in good shape and in the boxes. Set-up is literally ten minutes like they say. Now the sauna is great I'm 6'3 300lbs and I fit comfortablely which I was worried about because I am a big man. You warm up the sauna for ten minutes and it's hot, you get in and start sweating in minutes. I do an hour 2-3 times week. Again I have the dry sauna with infrared light.
