Payback for a terrible company
This is my 3rd 1 star review of this company I wish trust pilot has an option to leave attachments to show the emails from customer service. At this point i am convinced this company makes most of its profit by customers who have accepted the loss and paid the restocking fee for an item they never recieved. I would like you to know that you have options and can fight these shady companies out of principle. If you are also a customer that has been let down by this shady at best most likely fraud company please do the following as I will be doing. Step 1 contact customer support, save their responses step 2 use those to file a dispute with your cc company for goods not delivered Then the fun part and make it hurt. File Complaints with Consumer Protection AgenciesIf the company ignores you or refuses a refund:Report to the FTC at (google the website links are not allowed on trust pilot reviews)(or call 1-877-FTC-HELP). patterns and can lead to enforcement actions against the company. Contact your state’s consumer protection office or attorney general (search “[your state] consumer complaint”). File with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) if the company is listed—it often prompts a response. These don’t guarantee money back but create a record and can pressure the business.4. Consider Small Claims Court (Last Resort for $200)For a small amount like $200, small claims court is designed for exactly this—simple, low-cost disputes without needing a lawyer. Limits vary by state (often $5,000–$12,500), and filing fees are usually low ($30–$100).You’d sue for the full amount paid (product + shipping) plus any court costs. It’s worth it if you have solid proof (receipt, agreement, communications) and the company has assets or does business in your area. Process: File in the court where you live or where the company is based (check your local rules). Many courts have easy online/self-help guides. Downside for small sums: Time and hassle may outweigh the recovery unless the principle matters to you or you suspect a pattern/scam.
