My 2 person sauna arrived intact with no damage, good start as it's big. Assembled it myself, with help, again it's big. Some of the connectors were not attached to the main power box on the ceiling. Had an error code that wasn't listed in the trouble shooting section of the instructions. Put in a contact us, and got a response within 24 hrs. on a holiday weekend. Good service, it's up and running. Feels great, I miss my hot tub, but the weather in New England is not kind when the power goes out. This sauna takes far less power, so will be usable on my generator.

I purchased their portable hot sauna from them about two years ago, and it's worked absolutely awesomely. I use it at least once or twice a week. I keep it clean, and I'm taking care of it. I let it air out, and it's been a real trooper. It takes care of me as I take care of it. So far, so good, no issues. It's amazing. It's honestly been one of the best values I've ever seen: to get a sauna like this that works, that you can use every day, for this reasonable price. It has just been amazing. I'm glad I took a risk and bought it. It hasn't let me down. Thank you to the company. Cam
