Ordered the Halo Gen 2 standard Sauna which was supposed to include a free cold plunge. After I received my Sauna package I notified burneek support via email that my cold plunge had not arrived. I was informed they don't have any and are waiting for production. Coming up on 2 months since delivery of my sauna I have not had any updates on when or if I will receive my cold plunge which is mainly what I wanted to use....If its advertised, maybe have them in stock and available or list a notice on the item being out of stock so people know before they don't receive something they expect. Also, customer support can be proactive in support emails and correspondence instead of receiving a support email and stating your item is not available and is awaiting production and never following up.

I pruchased a Sauna and I was supposed to receive a free cold plunge. I NEVER RECIVED the cold plunge SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! They response to the emails with the same They are either out of stock or backorder. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! Update I received multiple emails saying that they will inform me when it’s being shipped out. It’s been about 60 days now so nothing has shipped out yet so my review is very valid.

This company is either.completely incompetent or fraudulent. I would recommend no one attempt to buy anything from them. Purchased a sauna. Asked for the order to be canceled and refund given prior to shipment. They agreed and then stalled for 2 weeks. Then they began offering excuses for why it could not be done. Excuses changed daily. No honesty in anything they said. Attempted to suggest that I just take the sauna and learn to like it. Terrible customer service. Hiding behind T&C’s that change every time they like. No one should engage this company ever.

I should have checked into this company. Trying to get a refund on something that I was charged for and never ordered. This was a complete waste of money returned it unopened and never received confirmation. Don't use this company

Company failed to send my a cold plunge I’ve ordered and it’s been SIX MONTHS! They have had nothing but excuses and I’m currently filing for fraud on my card. BUYER BEWARE

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I never received my product, they continue to stall and not refund my money. Thankfully, I have a lawyer who is helping me take them to court. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BURNEEK, NOTHING. THE COMPANY IS CROOKED.

Avoid this company. They took 4 months to get me my order. When I received I realized how cheaply this was made and so requested a refund. They refused because their policy said you had to return within 30 days. I explained it took 4 months for me to get my order, but they still didn't care. Do NOT use this company. Product isn't opened. It took 4 months to arrive. I called before the 30 days was up to confirm I could still return and you all said YES since the delay was on your end. Now you all are lying and saying that you won't. Reading through all the other reviews this is very common with you all. Scam. Reporting and filing disputes

The sauna is fine and all, I enjoy it a lot. However, I am not impressed with the customer service side. There is a cold tub that was supposed to be shipped almost 4-5 months ago now, and First time I asked, representative stated we are behind and we apologize it may take 2-4 weeks. Ok, got it, not a problem. These things happen. Understandable. Second time ok we are hitting another month. I send another email. Same response basically word for word, which seems kind of odd like someone copy and pasted it.... But ok, I will wait, but can I get an update on the status. You will be updated once the cold tub is sent. Ok, but I would like an update from you so I know that this a concern for you like it is me. 3 months now and nothing. Now ok, 4 to 5 months out and I sent an email, same exact email verbatim and I replied this is not a good enough answer for me. I would like to talk with a representative or I would like to hear back from someone as to when this will actually be shipped. I am beginning to think it is not going to happen..... And if not, I think I may have to write a good business bureau review for fraudulent action. I need to hear back from someone about this and it needs to be handled this week or next week. Not, "oh sorry for your wait, we are backed up and you will hear back from us in 2-4 weeks... ". Same line again, and no one is actually looking into why it is not sent yet?
