Terrible customer service. An order thru shop was placed without my knowledge tried canceling it they said they ship so fast they can’t yet three weeks later it wasn’t here still. Got multiple emails it shipped but never did in the course of those three weeks it just sat in Florida. This company will fail due to their crap service not because of their products from what I’m gathering from other reviews I’m seeing.

For a company who wants to help people with the healing power of sauna, they sure do know how to royally f__k over their customers. Only hoping more people read these reviews before buying. You will spend $300+ and then wait 3-4 weeks and still not have your item. DO NOT BUY FROM BURNEEK!

This is the worst company ever, they take your money then dont ship when the say and if you ask to cancel they print a label to make it look like it shipped and they say sorry it shipped, but never gets scanned by UPS and when you call them out on this they say UPS is backed up and can't scan it yet. They know they have a faulty product so they make money off a 25% restocking fee. I've sent over 20 emails to different addresses and nothing but crickets. So now I'll be out return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. This company is a SCAM.

Shipping delays and the only response ever was, "rest assured you'll receive your item. That is, " thank you for your money now * off. Horrible customer service and I planned, once I received this to send it back as it arrived a week past Christmas, although promised by the 22 of December. Of course restocking fees, and shipping is my responsibility, go figure. I should have just paid purchased off amazon, where they get a little less of the $ and I would have had 100% better response on any delay or issues. I will tell everyone who will listen NOT to order one thing from this company.

I ordered mine on December 2. Website says everything ships same day with 2-5 day shipping. We are now at a month since I ordered and still haven’t received my sauna. After about a week I started emailing trying to get an update. They emailed back on the 8th and said “my entire order shipped today”. I received a tracking number and a few days later I got notifications saying my order would be delivered that day. Only the free ice bath was delivered. I was never given separate tracking numbers until I emailed about not getting all of my order. Then they sent me the UPS tracking number they created and blamed it on UPS being backed up because of the holidays. But when I put the tracking number in UPS website it says they don’t even have the package yet and they’re still waiting. UPS told me to have them call and “file a claim” so UPS can investigate where the package is since Burneek claims they gave it to UPS and UPS has no record of ever getting it. I’ve asked them to call and they just keep telling me they have “reached out” to UPS. Dont think they’ve actually called though. I was able to call UPS and get someone on the phone pretty easy and they won’t attempt to. Every response I get seems to be auto generated and it takes them multiple days to respond to anything. It has been very frustrating. I called and left a voicemail and sent another email on December 26th. Have not gotten a response yet. I don’t think I will be getting my sauna. I just want my money back. They claim they can’t refund it because it has already been shipped. Absolutely the worst experience ordering anything that I have ever had. Very poor communication and horrible customer service.

I ordered a sauna/polar plunge deal. The sauna came a week and a half late and was delivered the saturday of christmas. My main concern is the polar plunge never came in. It says partial delivery when i got my sauna, the polar plunge just says waiting for details. Nothing has been changing. I contacted 3 times about the sauna being late of where it was, and now 1 time for this partial delivery. Nobody responds. I think this company is just a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a sauna at the beginning of December for their Black Friday sale. I got an email in the 13th that a shipping label was created. It has not moved since. I tried chatting with the customer service chat and I have emailed multiple times and I get no response. They blocked me on Facebook when I warned others of my bad experiences and their awful customer service. They took my money but I have not gotten my product. I called and filed a police report with the Miami dade sheriffs office as well as the medley police office. The phone number for the Miami dade sheriff office is 305-743-7433. The phone number for the medley police 305-883-2047. If you’ve had an experience like this please report this awful company to the police so they stop stealing from hard working people. I reported them for fraud and theft.

I should have read the reviews prior to my ordering the sauna for my wife for Christmas. I ordered it on December 13th and told it would be at my home prior to December 24th. I never got it. I still haven't received it. It says a UPS label was made but it is still with Burneek. Absolutely horrible customer service and not dependable. At this time I feel like it may be a scam and I may never receive the product. This was a Christmas present for my wife. Pretty embarrassing to tell her her main gift hasn't arrived yet. I sent multiple emails with no response. There is no customer service phone number either. Do NOT order from this company. *Update* It is January 8th and still no product. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I fear I have been scammed by this company.
