I’d like to give them 0 stars. I ordered and paid for my sauna, it said it would be here January 2,2026. Nope, nothing. I have emailed them twice, called everyday for a week with no answer. My account keeps asking if I want to buy again, what in the actual…??? I want a refund or an answer would be nice! Hard to believe this is real.

I ORDERDED MY SAUNA AND RECIEVED AN EMAIL SAYING ITS ON THE WAY. HOWEVER, I NEVER RECIEVED IT. I REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY MANY TIMES AND WAS STILL TOLD THAT IT WAS IN ROUTE TO ME. I THEN CONTACTED UPS AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD NEVER RECIEVED IT. THEY SAID TO CONTACT THE SENDER, I DID. I COULD ONLY SEND YET ANOTHER EMAIL STATING THAT I WANT A FULL REFUND. I AM NOW WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. I WILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT TO BBB.

Burneek's customer service is horrible, and they are not credible. They have lied to me several times about the shipping of my Sauna and I have requested them to cancel the order and issue me a full refund. Their customer service agent who's name is Alexandra is now telling me they can issue me a partial refund and my order can't be cancelled. I don't understand how something can't be cancelled that has never shipped. I am not taking a partial refund for a product that has not been recieved nor has it shipped per the tracking label they proclaim has been updated. They lied and said it was lost by UPS, when I made contact with UPS they informed me that Burneek created a label, on January 2, 2026, but they have never shipped the product, and I still have not received anything but constant incorrect information. Please don't order from this company. If their product is anything like their customer service its unreliable and not worth your time or frustration. I am going to use all my correspondence with the company to dispute the charges.

This company has ZERO integrity, no accountability they take your money then disappear!!! After repeated emails (only point of contact) they blame the shipping company UPS..... sure!!! I've demanded a full refund for which their reply was to fully read return information which states the following - you must first receive the product - can't open or use the product - pay for the return shipping - 25% Return fee DO NOT.PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRICKS DO NOT BE FOOLED ITS ALL ASCAM FOR YOUR MONEY YOU.HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Complete Scam! Multiple weeks of no shipment. Same as others have reported. Tracking number provided but never transferred to UPS. Multiple attempts made to contact with no response & only after a credit card dispute was filed they responded. With their response they attempted to force acceptance of a future shipment with no tracking number provided. Complete SCAM do not order!!!!!!!! Update. They try to force delivery & then want to you to pay return shipping & restocking fee. FTC & Florida Attorney General complaint filed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

SCAM!!’ Do not order from Burneek. They’ve answered my emails trying to ensure me that my order was sent. I’ve made multiple follow ups asking when they will send my order out to no avail. But they only made the labels for UPS which on UPS site were and still are waiting on the package (my order) from Burneek to deliver. Again….DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Ordered a sauna in the beginning of December, they said they had shipper issues. It’s now been over a month with the tracking not moving passed “awaiting package from sender”. Won’t respond to emails about a refund even tho they’re going to say I have to pay a restocking fee for a product they most likely never even tried to send. Horrible, showing signs of organized fraud and deceptive practices. I recommend everyone who has experienced a complete no show on their package due to a “shipper” issue report them to your local FBI field office or law enforcement agency. Make sure you mention The DOJ sentinel database and have them put your complaint in there as it will help show a structured, systematic and multistate fraud scheme.

As many others have reported I have dealt with the same issues shipping label created and items never ships. Send email to all available emails listed on website with no response. You expose them on their social media they block you, so they keep catching people in their scam of selling a product they never deliver to the customer. I will be reporting them to the BBB, and Florida SunBiz. Also disputing the purchase with my bank. I ordered the sauna and cold plunge Dec 27 and being as I live in Florida estimated delivery date was January 3rd and still nothing or response from CS. Total scam.
