Nearly 2 months since ordering and still nothing no pillow and no communication. The tracking number I got was bogus. It didn't even leave China before it was 'sent back to sender'. Several unanswered emails later I have given up. EDIT: after Bupsy responded to my review saying that they were surprised by my review because they had successfully refunded the money... I got in touch again because I have received no refund. I have cut and paste their reply below... "Hello, The refund will be processed once the review will be taken down by you. Best wishes, Bupsy Team" This is the only direct communication I have had from them and they flat-out lied in response to my review.

DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW.. the reviews on their page are fabricated, I originally wrote my 1 ⭐️ review on their page and it was never posted. The photos attached to half the reviews are clearly advertisement photos and they claim to have a 4.9 star rating on this website which clearly from all the negative feedback is not true and NON of the positive reviews are verified, unlike all of the negative comments. I found the pillow itself very hard to the point that it hurt my bump, I tried it the first night and had to take it out as it was that uncomfortable. It’s not that it doesn’t suit me because I have tried other Australian leading brands (which I should have brought instead) of similar designs and they were very comfortable and supportive without the discomfort. The “soft cotton” also feels cheap and a little scratchy, I got friend who is Chinese to translate the tag for me and the cover is lyocell fibre not cotton as they claim, with a polyester filling. Postage took much longer then 7-11 days that bupsy web site states, it took 21days in total (6th May- 27th may) and I also didn’t receive a tracking number until I requested it. I was glad that they had a 90day money back guarantee, which is the main reason I made the purchase. I was unaware that postage back to China was going to exceed $100, which is more then what I paid for the pillow, I’m sure they are aware of this and that’s why they offer the money back guarantee. When I reached out to them about this issue they were rude and responded with “Do you think we know the price of the shipping back to our facility for all countries in the world?”, I think that’s a basic expectation of consumers. ❌THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ME A REFUND FOR MY PURCHASE AS THE HAVE CLAIMED IN THEIR BS REPLY BELOW❌ When I contacted them about actually getting this so called “refund” they replied with “no thanks Karen” 😂

COMPLETE SCAM! I made an order and was charged immediately. I received a confirmation email. More than one week has gone by and I haven’t received any update regarding my order, not a tracking number or anything. I have written emails and no answer. I have reached out via social media and nothing. Terrible experience. DO NOT BUY!!!

This pregnancy pillow is simply amazing! It's the most comfortable and user-friendly pillow I have come across. I appreciate that it's not oversized and does not occupy a large portion of the bed. With its multiple configurations, I can easily support my body to sleep in the proper position without compromising my comfort. Even better, I can use it postpartum for breastfeeding and for extra back support. I can't wait to recommend it to all my pregnant friends!

שלושה שבועות לוקח לכרית להגיע. הם טוענים שהם מאירופה והכרית תגיע לישראל תוך 7 ימים, בפועל עברו יותר מ20 והיא רק עכשיו. החבילה מגיעה מסין, הם שיקרו לי שהיא נמצאת בבדיקה במכס בישראל, כשבפועל היא לא עזבה את סין עדיין. היות ויש לי כאבי גב חמורים ביקשתי לבטל את ההזמנה ולקבל את הכסף בחזרה כשי שאקנה כרית מחברה ישראלית עם משלוח זמין ומהיר, הם לא הסכימו. הם הפסיקו לענות לאימיילים ולא מגיבים. תתרחקו כמו מאש, זה נראה כמו scam!

I am in love with my pillow! This is my third pregnancy and I previously used huge maternity pillows that took up my whole my whole bed. I am a petite person, so the smaller and adjustable pillow from Bupsy makes much more sense for me! The shipping was a little slow but logistics are rarely controllable and I received my order in about 2.5 weeks. It came neatly packaged and in excellent shape. The quality of the pillow is good. It was a little lumpy and bumpy but after 24-48 hours out of the packaging it had fully plumped up and is super comfortable. The cover is easy to remove or put on and washes easily. I recommend hanging to dry. I would absolutely recommend Bupsy to anyone!

Very disappointed. I opted for this pillow over it's much cheaper competitors because the cover supposedly had cotton in it - now that it has arrived, surprisingly fast considering that it came all the way from Shanghai, I can tell it's 100% polyester. It was packaged in a thin sheet of plastic, there is no branding whatsoever, no booklet with instructions for care or anything else which would justify choosing it over any other no-name chinese product. The pillow itself doesn't look anything like the pictures either. Could've ordered anyting off amazon and saved a lot of money. Edit: I contacted the suggested e-mail adress right away and still haven't heard back. Had a chinese friend translate the label - stuffing and cover are both 100% polyester. Scam, don't buy!

the order should have been wth me in maximum 10 days, i actually received it after a month. they don't have any stock in Europe, when you order somethimg it's all shipped from China and take ages to get to you. After a couple of week waiting for the delivery i asked to cancek the order, the reply i got is that they can't cancel order which are in transit and to get a refund you have to wait 45 days to give enough time to receive the order. only 45 days after shipping and not receiving the order you are due for a refund. Also if you are not happy abut the product and you want to send it back, you have to pay for redelivery in China which would cost you more than the pillow itself. it's basically chinese company naking you thing they are in Europe and everytins is available in few days, when in realuty is a aort of scam. stay away from them , you can order asimila product from some other reliable company which is actually based in Europe or UK with a proper customer service. I forgot to metion that they basically igonre your email when you ask for upodates or info.
