The pillow took 23 days to arrive, and is very low quality. The stitching had come out and there was already a hole in mine when I opened it. It is not a risk-free 90 day trial - you have to send the pillow back unused, unwashed and in it's original packaging. It comes in a black trashbag completely taped off with packing tape, so it's impossible to remove from the packaging without destroying the packaging. The pillow cover also does not look anything like the photos and their customer service uses a gmail account. UPDATE 4/24: I sent an email to their customer service (noted below) about the quality of this product and I was promptly refunded for the pillow without having to pay for return shipping. Changing my rating to reflect that quick customer service.
