I have purchased from BULQ previously and was happy with the purchases. This purchase was the exception. There was possibly two items in the entire box that was useable. Mostly everything was broken, in pieces, or badly damaged. The box had such a bad odar that I had to put it outside. Was a complete waist of money. I feel they should take pictures of the actual item you will be receiving instead of the item if it were new.

Was so much fun to open these. It was like christmas to me every time I got one. I have purchased 4 so far. I got a deal on 3 with shipping that is why I got the last ones. I have not interacted with customer care yet. I have gotten only uninspected return boxes so I knew ahead of time all items would not be in top condition, however most items were in perfect condition. I love this distributer, 3 day shipping has been my experience so far. I will continue to buy from them. I have some charity plans in mind coming up soon

Even when ordering the new goods, it has arrived with half the stuff being broke or missing pieces. Sad because I really got excited about purchasing more.

Ship time and quality control are hands down top rated. Is there any profit?!? My experience has been, break even + a couple dollars. Will you double your investment? I haven’t yet and I’ve purchased half a dozen different lots or so. They always add that one item that’s worth something, but the rest, great for personal use & donating. When they were first on the scene, you made more. Now? All I can say is check the manifests! That unicorn may be your next purchase! 🦄

Prices are quoted way over retail and most stock is undesirable. Customer service is top-notch and that is what keeps me going back.

Report of missing items needs to be handle a little better . Especially if it’s not a habitual missing report

Pretty happy with my purchases so far.had a couple issue but it's to be expected with uninspected returns I guess.i will keep buying as long as I'm treated right.
