Price of goods is based on original retail price however, often current price is much less. Manifests will show how many of what items, but they don't check quality, many high price items will be broken or otherwise un-sellable. The actual total cost might be much higher than what is displayed as the website doesn't calculate taxes and fees when displaying price per unit/total cost, this is only shown at checkout, Each case/pallet will actually be mixed regardless of how it's labeled. For example, an electronics "pallet" will have several pieces of electronics and shoes, decorations and/or other items that are not electronics. You can get many resalable items you simply need to look carefully and check every price for every item, do not trust the retail value they list as it is usually much lower and do not assume that everything is new, assume items are open-box, used, missing parts or unsellable.

Years ago I would’ve given BULQ 5 stars ⭐️ but after the last few shipments I’ve noticed a decline in care for the products. They don’t add any shipping supplies to protect the merchandise during shipping. It’s like they scan an item and then literally throw it in a bin. I’ve also received several used or salvage items that were sold to me listed as new! When I complained they gave some money back but it cost me more in time than I got paid for submitting the complaint. Oh and I’ve noticed they don’t label items in the right category. Women’s underwear is labels as kids toys and shoes labels as baby essentials. The list goes on. Also not sure why the quantity of items is always one or two in a box vs a pallet. It is obvious they make boxes out of larger truckloads so why not make them worth every penny. And the manifest doesn’t always show accurate pricing so their price vs what the box is really worth is misleading. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out half this stuff.

I have been buying since Feb/21. Most of my purchases have been URs. In this past week, however, I purchased 9 cases, based on the incentives for shipping (buy2, get 1 shipped free). I also decided to by all new--no returns, no salvage--all new. Well, your Customer Service team can tell you as I unboxed, I was snapping pics and sending the pics of shoes that were 2 left shoes or mismatched sizes (shoebox contained one size 9 and one size 8). So when you have 9 total count in your entire case box and 2 are no good, that's a terrible thing, esp when the rubber-banded slide shoes *2 left shoes* could be easily seen by whoever packed the box. There was even a return receipt rubber-banded to that set of 2 left Under Armor slides. Anyway, same problems in another new shoebox. I was given $22 for each case that I reported errors, but honestly it's not the $$ so much as it is now I really don't have confidence that the product being sent is actually new. I'll have to reconsider my sourcing options and whether I'll continue to purchase because when I buy UR pallets, I expect a percentage of problems, but not when I buy new. Thanks for providing great customer service, but let's beef up in the distribution and shipping areas, too. (Pallet shipping is beyond high unless you buy multiples.)

Bulq seems to be a good idea for those of us sourcing for resale But I need certain types of merchandise and your cases are always mixed forcing me to purchase items that I do not want to sell. When I say I want to Purchase a category ie. Consumer electronics, that is all I want to see in a case when I look at it not a mix of multiple categories. That being said I think you would have more interest from me if these adjustments to your case sales giving us the opportunity to purchase just the categories we want.

Fast shipping, easily purchase! Only issue was smaller items that were high dollar and on the manifest was missing out of the cases, sunglasses, eye cream, dog flea medicine. Between the 8 myself and buisness partner bought, the package was there and torn open, but product was gone.

*update, I am raising my review from 1 star to 3 because after I posted this review I was contacted by another person at bulq and they reviewed my claim and decided to process more of a refund. I am happy with that, still annoyed that I had to post a negative review to make this happen and that the 10 emails back and forth with the first person wasn't able to accomplish the same thing! I am new to reselling and decided to go with bulq for my first order. I did a lot of research and found that I should steer clear of returns because you never know what you are going to get. Therefore when I purchased this box of 43 items I did so specifically because it was listed as new which per their website it means never used fully functional. Their policy states they guarantee the condition as well as the accuracy of the manifest. Upon receiving the box I soon realized that of the 19 guaranteed manifest items I was missing 7, of the remaining 12 guaranteed items 5 were not functional, rips and missing straps and buttons...clearly not new. In addition thr rest of the guaranteed 43 new items (24) did not have tags, even size tags or name brand tags on most for me to look them up. So if you are keeping count that means of 43 new items I received 7. I reached out to customer service told them all these facts submitted photos and they decided that $100 was an acceptable refund for sending 20% of what they guaranteed.

I love that it’s not auction only- but it’s just soooo many clothes. There’s not much of a variety.

Good stuff but buying a few pallets and turning a decent profit is alot harder when you have to pay so much for shipping.
