BULQ.com is a wonderful company! For the resellers of the world out there, they have a very expansive inventory to choose from whether you are looking to buy pallets or cases. From baby items, to toys, books, games, clothes, shoes, appliances, etc. they are bound to have something that interests you! And their customer service team is what keeps me coming back. Some of the best in the industry! Always there to lend a helping a hand if you have a question or help you out when you have an issue, they are always helpful and give 5 star service! The only thing I can say as a negative is that there has been a steady downward trendy on the amount of inventory they are offering, but that can be attributed to the shortages most businesses are seeing due to the shipping concerns from the pandemic. All in all one of the BEST sources for inventory for the reseller today!

I recently purchased a box of clothing form BULQ.com. Although the condition was promised as new, there were some items in the box that had no tags, labels, printed branding, or sizing information on them at all. I reached out to BULQ customer service, however, they refused to resolve the matter. They left me with a number of clothes that were promised as new, but cannot be even identified for reselling purposes because there is literally no tags, no labels, no printed brand name or information on the piece of clothing at all. This was my first and last time buying from BULQ.com.

I had an issue with 2 items in a case I had purchased. The items in the case were all supposed to be new, but 2 were clearly not new. I was satisfied with BULQ Customer service in handling the issue. I will be buying more cases and maybe even a pallet. Thanks BULQ!

I love the Bulq.com cases that I have been receiving weekly however the cost to ship is high. When I have called to inquire about picking upbmy orders in Lebanon TN I have been told that option is not available. If I were able to pick up as opposed to shipping my orders would be larger and I wouldn’t have to look to other liquidation companies to fill the need of my business.

As a first, AND LAST time customer. Receiving damaged merchandise that was supposed to be NEW is unacceptable. The boxes came in undamaged and because I waited 2 weeks to report. (I wanted to wait to photograph for my online store as I was expecting studio equipment.) I didn't know their policy of 7 days to report because I didn't think that when you order NEW MERCHANDISE WITH TAGS, it would come damaged. I received a total of 4 items that were damaged. Customer Service did nothing to help keep me as a customer. STAY AWAY from BULQ unless you want to get ripped off. UPDATE: I have reached out to your "Customer Service" and they have no resolution other than throw your "policy" in my face. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF for pandering instead of ACTUALLY resolving the issue which is that you are sending DAMAGED MERCHANDISE with "NEW" so if you want to reach out to ME. I welcome it. Other than that. Stop saying to reach out to Customer Service, which "service" doesn't exist. So, unless you are ready to help me with the damaged "NEW" merchandise, my review stands as it is.
