Bullymake sent out toys that were hazardous to my dog. Sharp edges and poor construction with no give in them (too hard). They signed me up for a subscription despite me only doing a one time order. When I attempted to cancel they initially were accommodating but the next day charged my account and I got a shipping notification. I had to go to my bank and speak to them. The bank was able to do a charge back on the transaction, Bullymake will not get the money. I don’t give a crap what happens to their box when it eventually shows up. They are fraudulent in their business practices and send dangerous chew toys. Avoid these people like the plague. If you have any doubt of the veracity of this review I encourage you to do a search on Facebook of their name and read some of the comments mentioning them. I am far from alone with my experience with them. Also, since I am on a roll. Their shipping in my case was terrible. Fifteen days to get from the Dallas area to Waco. It is a 1.5 hour drive.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU REQUEST TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THEM THEY IGNORE YOU AND THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU. Whatever you do do not sign up with bullymake subscriptions. They are awful.!!

Great products for my pup, but terrible cancellation process My dog absolutely loved the toys and treats—no complaints there. However, the customer service and cancellation process have been a nightmare. I’ve submitted four cancellation requests, starting months ago, following the exact steps listed on their website (emailing to cancel). Despite this, I was charged twice after my initial request—and never even received any boxes for those charges. After contacting support, I was refunded for one of the transactions (only to be charged back) and for the second box, I’d have to dispute the postal service ( it’s a lot to fill out) I went through that hassle, only to find that they never issued the refunds and add insult to injury, Months later, hear I am with another charge and no merchandise. (The black whole of cancellations) I’ve done everything I was supposed to do to cancel, but they keep charging me. It feels like I’m being ignored, and I’m beyond frustrated at this point. Great box—but unless you plan to subscribe forever, be prepared for a fight to cance

Poor customer service toys are limited and poor quality . original request to cancel in May….5 months later account is still being charged. Frustrating.

I decided to leave Bark Box because they were no longer shipping their monthly subscription in a box, which was part of the novelty and excitement for my pup and I. While looking into other options I decided to give BullyMake a try because of how the advertising for their products gave the impression and appearance that they were good quality and durable. Well, they are nowhere near the quality that Bark Box provides, and they truly don't stand behind their products whatsoever!!! My pup destroyed one of the toys within 48 hours, the treat quality was no better, so all in all the first box was a huge disappointment, and opening the box was the only thing about this company that was exciting, which was the complete opposite of my experience with Bark Box.... The only part of this company that is worse than the quality of their products is their customer service. They answer emails back pretty quickly, but you may get multiple representatives responding in the same email thread that either don't take the time to read what their previous colleagues response was, or they don't care and say the same things that were already mentioned... They charged me $30 on top of what I already paid for the first box to get out of their subscription when the ONLY reason I didn't want to continue was due to the awful quality of both their toys and treats, and after dealing with their customer service it's clear they don't care about customers only profits!!! I'll gladly go back to Bark Box with my tail between my legs and thank them for having not only phenomenal customer service, but for having products that are of the highest quality!!! Bark Box AMAZING, and BULLYMAKE AWFUL!!!!

I don't understand all these other reviewers saying the toys are durable yet their dog destroyed one within minutes. They must be friends or paid. Unfortunately, I signed up for 6 months. Big mistake. The first box came, my dog is excited...first toy rips in 1 little tug of play. The next day, he successfully bit off a chunk of a supposedly tough chew toy. They did replace the toys for me, reminding me that I can adjust preferences like I should have known better. Yet they ask for a profile of your dog and what kind of "play" they enjoy. Why would you send an easily ripped toy with a profile note of a dog that likes to tug? The treats did not sit well with my dog yet are supposedly "healthy". They charge extra if you want only toys and no treats. You can't manage your subscription on your own. Lots of reasons I wish I was not stuck paying for 6 months with this company. Hard lesson learned. If you have a mild mannered dog, this may be a fine thing for you....but "Bullymake" tough toys for tough chewers is not accurate marketing.

Low quality toys and treats that the company does not stand behind. Very difficult to cancel

Bullymake is a bully to their subscribers. Don't believe their easy to cancel policy. I had two subscriptions one to my address and another to a family member. I asked them to pause the accounts due to the expense, but I was told it could only be done for a few months and it would restart on its own. On the 11th of September, I emailed to tell them I wanted both shipments cancelled. They responded with their usual sales pitch. Unfortunately, I didn't get to read their response for a few days because of life. I again told them no, I said I just wanted it cancelled. So they cancelled it on the 15th. They did, however, they also charged my card for the current shipment. When I got back to them, they said the date was too late because it was already processed. I notified them on the 11th but they insisted that it was the 15th when they finally put it through, and it was too late to stop the shipment. But they offered me $5 off the box and told me I could send it back if I didn't want it. Now I have to argue about the one that was charged for a 3 month subscription. If both were really sent out, my account is closed and I do not receive shipment notices now. I will have to go pick up the other box from an address 45 minutes away and send them back, but not sure who is responsible for the shipping costs since it is their error. The toys were good, but the time and money spent is not worth it. There is no phone number or other contact information to talk with them, you can only reach them by the chat feature.
