He didn’t like the puzzle piece toy but everything else was great
Response from BULLYMAKEAug 19, 2026
Hi Kayla! We’re glad to hear that everything else was a hit! We’re sorry the puzzle piece toy wasn’t quite his favorite—every pup definitely has their own preferences. We hope his next Bullymake box brings even more toys that he loves! Thank you for being part of our pack!

The products are tough. Any other toy my pups would demolish in a matter of minutes. These are definitely tough. Thank you!

Hi Debby! We’re thrilled to hear that our toys are standing up to your pups’ chewing power! Thank you for trusting Bullymake to keep your tough chewers happy and entertained.

The toys are great because Luna is a chewer, and they are tough and rugged for her. The only thing I would change is the complimentary poop bags coming with it i do not need them. Is there a possibility of changing it??
Response from BULLYMAKEAug 17, 2026
Hi Darin! We’re thrilled to hear that Luna is loving her Bullymake toys and that they’re tough enough to keep up with her power chewing! We completely understand that you may not need the complimentary poop bags. Since they’re a free item included with the box, unfortunately, there isn’t currently an option to swap them for another item.

First box was a good start!! Couple things that were definitely not bully proof! But the reset my big bully baby loves!

HI Paul! We’re glad to hear your first Bullymake box was a good start. We’re sorry that a couple of the toys didn’t quite pass the “Bully” test, but we’re happy the rest have been a hit! We do offer toy replacements, so please reach out to our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to help. Great opportunity for our dog to find toys that are better quality since he normally chews on them and end up having to go to the trash. Right now he has chew marks on both toys from our first month but hanging in there for him!
Response from BULLYMAKEAug 17, 2026
Hi Tessa! We love knowing that Bullymake is giving your pup the opportunity to enjoy higher-quality toys that can stand up to his chewing! Thank you for choosing Bullymake and giving us a chance to keep your power chewer entertained!

The rope was shredded and partially eaten very quickly. Had to throw it away, after picking up mass quantities of threads off the carpet. Also, don’t send us any toys that you stuff. She chews the rubber up quickly and I have to reach down her throat to pull out pieces that she’s bitten off.
Response from BULLYMAKEAug 17, 2026
Hi Shari! We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the rope and rubber toys. Your pup’s safety is incredibly important, and we understand why you had to remove those toys after noticing the shredded pieces. The good news is that you can customize your Bullymake box to better suit your pup’s chewing style and preferences, including selecting options that are a better fit for her. My girl loved everything except for the nylon toy. I have had my girl for 2 5 months and she did not like the first one I purchased. I wish there was an option to get 2 rubber toys in the box without duplicating the first one. I selected, as a replacement for the nylon in my upcoming box, a plush knowing it would not last but also knowing she would enjoy it.

Hi Robin! We’re happy to hear your girl loved everything else in her box, and we completely understand that every pup has their own toy preferences! We appreciate your suggestion about being able to choose two rubber toys without receiving a duplicate. We’ll be sure to pass that feedback along to our team!
