At Bullymake, we understand that each dog has a unique play style which means that certain toy types may work better than others. If you ever run across a toy that your pup got the better of, simply reach out to our team within 45 days of purchase via email or chat on our website. We would be happy to send a replacement of a tougher toy, like our nylon materials. Or, if you prefer, reply to our request for information via Trustpilot and a team member will be in touch to support you directly via email.
