They loved it
They loved it, I think the next box I get though I need a mix of both kind of toys because those hard ones aren’t for my chocolate lab
Response from BULLYMAKEMar 10, 2026
Hi Erowyn! We are so glad to hear your pups loved the box! The good news is you can customize your box anytime through your online account. You can switch to a mix of toy types so your pup gets a variety that suits their play style best. If you ever need help making the change, our team is always happy to help.

We like our first box so far
We like our first box so far! Waiting on the second. Petro ripped his first brown nylon rubber bear in half within 5 min of having it tho. And the ballistic fox hole shovel didn't last but 30 seconds before it was in 10 pieces. Lol

Hi Caleb! Thanks for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the first box and are looking forward to the second. It definitely sounds like Petro is a serious power chewer! Some pups can make quick work of certain toys, but we love hearing that he dove right in and had fun with them. If you’re willing, our service leadership team would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience. Please reply to the Trustpilot request for information that we have initiated, and our team will be in touch directly via email to learn more.

So far so awesome! We’ve gotten only one box so far, however, my Great Danes love the treats and the toys!

Our dog is super picky with toys
Our dog is super picky with toys. SlIt’s so bad we’ve started to take old tube socket shirts and tie them in knots so she can rip, tug, or chew on them. She loves it! She hates most crinkle noises but the crinkly one that came she loves the sound of!
Response from BULLYMAKEMar 10, 2026
Hi there! We’re thrilled to hear she loves the crinkly toy from your box! It’s always fun when we can surprise even the pickiest pups with something they adore. We can’t wait to see what else she enjoys in future boxes!
