The toys are perfect for rye, he was interested immediately and they hold up. I also liked that I could choose the type. The treats he seems to be less excited about.

The box was really great for my pups . The only thing is that there was a stuffed man toy in the box… it lasted 3 min , one tug between my labs and there was stuffing everywhere. Not a good toy for power chewers.

Hello - thanks for sharing your experience. And we agree - our plush are great for a cuddle but certainly not for pups who are power chewers which is why we partner with pet parents like you to ensure your boxes are customized exactly for the toy types that best fit your pups' play styles. If you would like assistance with future box customizations, please don't hesitate to reach out via email or chat - we are happy to help!

Customer service has been great. My dog broke one of the toys and they mailed us a new one out right away. It's only been one month, so I'm curious to see if there is a wider variety of toys. I didn't see much for cognitive options. That would be my only suggestion if they don't have any. My dog also LOVES stuffies, seems like the only options are pretty weak and easily destroyed. Need some tough options. My dogs did love the treats & the tug toy.

Treats could have more size variety

The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because my dogs tore the rope apart within an hour of getting it. Other than that, the other toys are very durable and my dogs haven’t been able to rip them apart.

The hard sugar skull was awesome , Daisy is really enjoying it , the rubber "can" for treats only lasted a single day . She loves all the treats . Over all a great box .

Our German Sheppard/Husky puppy is a chewer. He goes through any toys we have given him. These toys have stood up to him. He loves to play tug-o-war, and the one toy is perfect for it, it is two rings of cloth. It is starting to fray but is still holding together.

Hi there, we are so glad to hear that our toys are holding up to your puppy's play style! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review with us.

We love the different toys and different treats. We got the toys were a little bit tough for our puppy, but we are hanging onto them and keep offering them to her to try and as she gets bigger, we know she’s gonna love them even more than she does now. The treats were great to have three different varieties instead of all the same one.
