So far my little monsters have not killed our first box. That is a miracle. They are trying pretty hard though!!

Hi Jamie! We’re thrilled to hear your furry friends are putting their first Bullymake box to the test! Here’s hoping those toys continue to keep up with their chewing adventures.

The nylon toys are tooooo hard but we love the other toys so so much!!!

Hi there! We’re thrilled to hear you’re loving the toys overall! We understand that the nylon toys can be a little too hard for some pups. The great news is that you can customize your Bullymake box to better match your pup’s preferences and chewing style. https://bullymake.com/apps/subscriptions/manage#/my-subscriptions

The toughness of the products, our little guy chews everything up and these products were tough enough for him to chew and enjoy without breaking!
Response from BULLYMAKESep 17, 2026
Hi Tammy! We’re thrilled to hear the toys are standing up to your little guy’s chewing! It’s our goal to provide durable, engaging toys that pups can enjoy while keeping them entertained.

Toys are definitely made solid and hard to destroy. Treats aren't really made for puppies.
Response from BULLYMAKESep 17, 2026
We’re glad to hear you’re impressed with the quality and durability of the toys! We also appreciate your feedback regarding the treats and their suitability for puppies. We’ll be sure to share this with our team as we continue working to make Bullymake a great experience for pups of all ages.

The dogs love their new toys (finally, something they can't destroy in 2 minutes), and they get very excited about the treats too.

Hi Adrianna! It's great to hear your pups are loving their new toys and that they’re finally lasting longer than two minutes! Providing durable and engaging toys is our goal!

We tried the pull toy option in August box (BBQ spatula) and our heavy chewing Tibetan Terrier chewed through it in 5 minutes. I guess we need to go back to the heavier chewer toys. We also wish there could be an option to choose to swap the poop bags for a credit towards other items. We’re overloaded with the poop bags. But these issues do not don’t bring down the rating much- our pup LOVES the toys and treats.

Hi there! We love hearing that your pup LOVES the toys and treats, even if the BBQ spatula didn’t stand up to those serious chewing skills! We appreciate your feedback and understand that going back to our heavier chewer options may be a better fit. We also appreciate the suggestion about being able to swap the complimentary poop bags for credit toward other items. We’ll be sure to share that feedback with our team!

Don't care so much for the plastic chew toys, because I give my pups all natural chew toys and treats; pig ears, etc.
Response from BULLYMAKESep 17, 2026
We completely understand that every pup has different preferences, especially when it comes to natural chews. We appreciate you letting us know that the plastic chew toys aren’t the best fit for your pups. The health and safety of all dogs is our top concern. We never use cheap, toxic materials in the production of our toys since we know they will spend quite a bit of time in your pup's mouth. Unlike some dog toy companies, we use FDA approved materials that are non-toxic and free of BPAs, PFAs, and phthalates. Only the best for your pup!
