This company is misleading. They claim that you can cancel anytime and that it’s easy, but that is not true. I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription and I am still being charged every month. Be very careful before signing up. This has been extremely frustrating.

Terrible company! Don’t waste your money!! Read the FINE PRINT, once you sign up, you have to pay a cancellation fee to get out of the subscription! My golden retriever puppy destroyed the toys within hours. The rubber ‘tough chewer’ and ‘indestructible’ toys come apart in large pieces that could easily cause a bowel obstruction! The company’s answer was to send me the same toys every month so I got three of the same toys in every box, ridiculous! I paid the $30 to cancel.

Started a 6 month subscription and the toys were destroyed in less than 5 minutes. They sent replacement toys and got destroyed again. I had to pay them to cancel my subscription as it’s not worth my time. The KONG toys hold up they don’t destroy them

I ordered my box and received it on the 13th of March got it home opened it was immediately disappointed because I wanted the all toys box I have a bully and he is a super chewer we give him collagen shoes that he choose in 45 minutes the Big sticks, so as I'm checking out there's nowhere for me to hit the all toys box so immediately after I checked out I emailed the company and I said I accidentally hit this but I would like the all toys box if there's a difference cool I'll pay it I don't care and the response was oh well you can do it on the next box first off your treats went in the trash because everything my dog eats I make him I know exactly what is in his food and then I get two tiny small toys the rubber frog he had the eye off within the first 5 minutes of getting it and then it's a little pink butterfly that I thought would have been excellent because it's very hard yes you could kill somebody with it that is how hard it is but it's plastic and when chewed on for numerous minutes in a row by a super chewer dog as you guys say after 15 minutes he was eating the plastic.... Yes we got the 12 month subscription because we thought it was going to be great for our pup but this is absolutely been the worst thing we've ever done!!they claim that you can cancel your subscription at any time but they told me because we got the 12 month subscription we couldn't cancel but that's definitely not what they advertise they advertise if you're unhappy cancel at any time and then they went on to tell me that the toys that he had tore up in 15 minutes of opening the box the toys look like that because of normal wear and tear how does that happen how does after opening a toy and having it for 15 minutes if that's normal wear and tear now I could see if that happened over a month but not 15 minutes and now they want to take my money for the next 11 months and then they told me to choose different toys choose different toys for my super chew dog no thank you why do I want to choose different toys for my dog to have them chewed up and 15 minutes and for them to ultimately hurt him if I wouldn't have found or paid attention to these toys every bit of that plastic on that butterfly and every bit of that rubber frog would have been in my dog's belly causing me problems causing me a very large vet bill this is the works box you could ever buy your dog don't ever get a bully mate box!!! I wish there was someplace I could upload my pictures

Toys aren’t good- I might as well give my dog a rock as it’s free and the same thing! The treats are bricks they’re so hard, and customer service SUCKS. If you’d like to end your subscription you have to go through the hugest hassle in the world and pay a $30 cancellation fee.

Do not fall for this company’s scam and that’s exactly what it is. Once you agree, you are bound to a 12 month subscription whether you like the products or not. They are not well made products and they give you meat treats that list meat as one of the last ingredients. This box is not work their full price and I do not understand how some of these people are saying the company is great. My goes is the company is somehow doing those reviews. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY!

Within 2 weeks my dogs toy came apart and caused chocking.due to concerns I reached out as do feel very uncomfortable with this.i do not want any additional products that could harm my pet...they are extremely difficult to work with .only about money not the safety of your pet.. after writing this review the company did respond and was respectful about pet safety

Absolutely do no recommend! I purchased a box with the impression they were going to be a set price the whole time which was a scam. When I wanted to cancel they told me I made an agreement for the time subscription and I would be charged 30 dollars to cancel..... making that box over 50 dollars worth?!?! For two toys and 3 bags of treats?!? I don't think so, absolutely over priced junk. The toys were way too big for my dog. He didn't enjoy the treats either, those were way too big also so I had to cut them up. Don't get sucked into the scam like I did. Do not recommend, will not spend another cent on this company.
