The dog loved getting the package. The treats are great. She loved the toy, but she had it torn apart in less than an hour.

Our Bully box brought awesome toys and snacks ! Toys were a hit , except for the red buggy car , im guessing to hard to chew and play for my dogs , they prefer chew on bones , and interactive fun toys but they love love all the snacks , thank you ! We love and recommend to get a Bullymake box for your pets it’s worth the money !

He loved the chicken and cranberries. The taco was gone in two seconds.

Hi La'Tia - thanks for sharing your experience with us! Here at Bullymake, we know that pups have individual play styles and certain toy types work better than others. If your pup is an ultra chewer, we recommend customizing your box to our tougher toy materials (i.e. rubber, nylon) to stand up to those powerful jaws! If you would like assistance in customizing future box types, simply reach out via chat or email - our support team is more than happy to help!

The order was great. Would like a more durable stuffed animal though. It did not last long
Response from BULLYMAKEAug 21, 2025
Hello Jennie - thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. Based on your experience with the plush toy material, it definitely sounds like your pup is not on the "cuddly" side of the play spectrum. No worries, we have a variety of toys made out of tougher toy materials (like rubber and nylon) that may be a great fit for your household! Our support team is happy to help customize future boxes to include only the toy types that work best with your pup's unique play style. Simply reach out to us via chat or email on our website for assistance!
Ranae
My dog has loved playing with the toys and eating the treats included in our shipment. One disappointing thing happened! A squeaky taco toy was included. It quickly became my dog's favorite! Unfortunately, my dog was able to destroy it! I thought that the toys were indestructible! I would like to know more about that!
Response from BULLYMAKEAug 21, 2025
Hi Ranae - thank you for sharing your experience. We recognize that every pup's play style is unique and not every toy will be a perfect fit. This is why we offer our risk free durability/satisfaction guarantee! If your pup gets the best of a toy, reach out to us within 45 days of purchase and our team will work with you to get a tougher replacement toy for your pup. Connect with our support team via chat or email on the website - we would be happy to help!

Tristen L.
Most of the toys in the box are great the shovel took less than 10 minutes for my dog to chew thru it. Plus I like treats but my dog can only have select proteins and your questions only allow for either or. He can't have either chicken or beef. And you don't have a option for veggie treats.
Response from BULLYMAKEAug 19, 2025
Hi Tristen - thanks for sharing your experience with us. At Bullymake, we focus on customization of our boxes that are specific to your pup's wants and needs. Our team would be happy to connect and understand what toy types would be best for future boxes as well as explore whether a toy only box might be the best fit for now. Simply respond to our request for information and a team member will reach out directly to you via email. Or alternatively, you can reach out at your convenience on our website via chat or email!
