Hi Dave! We’re glad to hear one of the tougher toys is holding up to your pup’s chewing, but we’re sorry the rubber toy didn’t last as long as you hoped once it became compromised. Friendly reminder that you can customize your box to better suit your pup's chew style. You can do that here https://bullymake.com/apps/subscriptions/manage#/my-subscriptions To request a replacement toy, simply take a picture and send it to our Customer Care Team at [email protected]. Hi Angie! We’re happy to hear your pup is enjoying the rubber toy and treats! We understand that the slick surface of the nylon toy can make it difficult for her to get a good grip while chewing. Did you know you can customize your Bullymake box to better fit your pup’s preferences and chewing style? https://bullymake.com/apps/subscriptions/manage#/my-subscriptions
