Dog destroyed all the toys within hours. A couple within minutes. Not worth the hype.

I was so disappointed when my dog did not like thr toys or treats. I contacted the company right away. They did not stand behind their guarrantee at all! They would not allow me out of the one year contract and continue to send monthly boxes my pup still doesn't like. Dont buy it. They are not a reputable company at all. My pup is a golden retriever and isually eats everything. He will not eat these treats or like the toys. Id give them NO stars if it were possible! NEW- I originally signed up in February. My e-mail used is:- could not write. Itried to contact them after the first box and was put onto their CHAT which told me there was no way to cancel. I had to stay on for a year and then cancel. I have my emails from March and April asking for the same thing. Thanks to my leaving this review, I see they have now allowed me out of the contract !! So, thank you.!Now if I could get a refund for the treats and toys he didn't like- that would be great. Please note that all my dealings with them were under a different e-mail. I tried to write it here. But, that is not allowed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I signed up last night thinking this would be great for my Goldendoodle and when asked to customize his package found that he could only have one plush toy. I contacted customer service who stated that yes in fact only one plush toy was allowed in a package. I said I would like to cancel then because my dog doesn’t like rubber toys. He stated that I had to pay $25 to cancel the subscription that I just signed up for 12 hours prior. They apparently don’t care about customer satisfaction only getting monthly subscription payments. Stick with bark box! Way cute and still have their plush toys from 6 years ago.

Avoid subscribing. This company is a scam. DO NOT SIGN UP. I had to go through hoops when Brutus died and they charged a $30 cancelation fee. What a crock.

This company is only out to make money and will change your subscription on a whim without your consent. I signed up several years ago for the monthly box because I have two dogs, one is a very strong chewer. The nylon toys seemed to be good for her at first as she could not destroy them easily like other toys I has gotten her. Over time I found the toys months to be too much and attempted to cancel my subscription, which at that time could not be done on the customer portal and had to be requested via email or phone call. I was talked into keeping the subscription on a quarterly basis. With the boxes coming less often I kind of forgot about the membership and dealt with the toys quality by rotating toys. When my strong chewer works on the nylon toys little pieces of sharp nylon are removed and imbed in your furniture, socks, carpet and likely your dog. For that reason I had to watch these toys closely to remove any that were "shedding" and seemed to be dangerous. Fast forward the the last several months when all of the sudden my subscription changed back to monthly. I was not notified, and when I realized this, I reached out to ask that the membership be cancelled. I haven't received any confirmation of cancellation or any correspondence at all. Now today I see another charge for one of these boxes. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. Even if the toys were all they were advertised to be, the company still should not be able to just change your subscription and also not get back to a long term customer who has reached out to customer service with a concern. This is terrible service.

I have been using Bully make for 10 years. I used to be a huge fan. NOT anymore. Customer service is TERRIBLE and practically non existent. They have stopped having humans you can actually TALK and they refuse to communicate through anything except email/chat which I am not convinced are actually people vs bots. I have needed to make changes with my subscription and its been a nightmare and at this point I am just going to cancel. Profuct: if you stay with them for longer than a year you will see you get the same toys over and over again. They rarely change the molds /design for the toys so if you like variety for your dogs, you won't get it here. I honestly can say after 10 years with the crap service in the last 6 months I would NEVER recommend. A company that started out strong and turned to crap . Avoid if you expect decent customer service . SHIPPING: very unreliable. I have had times the boxes dont show up or they are extremely late. Choose something else if you want a quality experience.

This company is dishonest. When I purchased my first box, it was my understanding I could cancel. Nope. I was signed up for 12mo. The treats are trash, my dogs dislike them, the toys are trash, I don't have heavy chewers, yet they seem to be able to destroy them. They will not let me cancel without paying a fee. I can't even change or remove my payment method. I will be blocking Bully Make's ability to charge my cards directly with my bank. I recommend avoiding Bully Make. Completely dissatisfied with the products and service. Had they been decent, let me cancel, this would have been a 5 star review for good business practice and great customer service. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have.

We started ordering Bullymake boxes in March. The second box we received in April was identical to the box from March. Same toys and treats. I contacted customer service two weeks ago. I had to take pictures of the identical items side by side to show them the duplicates. Representative stated that the conversation had to be forwarded to another department to look into the issue. It has been over two weeks and I have not heard how this issue will be resolved. I signed up for a year subscription but I will be looking into cancelling the subscription due to the awful customer service and poor management of the products being shipped out.
