My micro bully loves her toys but unfortunately chewed up the puffer fish
Response from BULLYMAKEJul 15, 2026
We're so glad to hear your micro bully is loving her toys! We're sorry to hear the puffer fish didn't stand up to her chewing, though. Our Customer Care Team would be happy to help. Simply take a photo of the damaged toy and email it to [email protected], and we'll be happy to assist you with a replacement request.

So far so good. He hasn't destroyed the toys in one day so that's progress lol. I literally tried everything for my puppy and everything would get eaten up. The treats are good as well! I hope the toys continue to work. Also wish you guys had an app. It would be much better to access things online.

Hi Lana! We’re so happy to hear that your pup is enjoying the toys and treats so far. We know some pups are determined power chewers, so making it past day one is definitely a win! We also appreciate your feedback about an app. We understand how convenient it would be to have an easy way to manage your subscription, access your account, and stay connected with Bullymake. We’ll be sure to share your suggestion with our team as we continue looking for ways to improve the customer experience.

Treat is not so good. My dogs hated them.
Response from BULLYMAKEJul 15, 2026
Hi Tracy! We are glad to hear the toys were a hit! We’re sorry to hear that the treats weren’t a hit with your dogs. We know every pup has their own unique preferences, and we understand how disappointing it can be when a treat doesn’t meet their expectations. Keep in mind we do offer a toy only box. You can customize your box at any time by following by logging into your account at www.bullymake.com

The chew toys are still in one piece. Durable for my Danes
Response from BULLYMAKEJul 15, 2026
Hi Nanette! We’re so happy to hear that the chew toys are holding up well and that they’re durable enough for your Danes. We know big chewers can put toys to the test, so it’s great to hear they’re enjoying them and keeping them in one piece.
