The first plush toy was destroyed in minutes. The tug rope was destroyed after a couple of days of play since he pulled the loose strings at each end. My pitbull puppy is a very aggressive chewer. Im hoping the next toys are better since I just chose toys this round. The treats seem to irritate his stomach.

Toys were not as durable as expected despite choosing the toughest options. 2/5 were done within a day. For the price of the box I would expect better. I will be looking at local stores or Amazon instead.

Pretty sure the customer service department don't own dogs. My old boy is nearing the end of his life and i requested to cancel because he's really old and doesn't play with the toys anymore. Except the rubber treat puzzle toys, he loves those. I clearly stated that my dog was at his end as the reason. I was offered a change of frequency to suit my dog's needs. Seriously? On my third email to cancel, i outright stated that my dog was dying and i needed to cancel (Thanks for that trauma). Someone different answered and cancelled it and offered some comfort. I'm not messing with this company again. As products go, they're pretty good but there wasn't enough variety to keep my boy interested. The customer service is strictly sales driven. They don't care about you or your dog. If I'm charged for next month I'll go straight to the BBB.

The toys are fine, but be careful — they charged us twice. I noticed the duplicate charge two days later. They said they would cancel one of the orders, but we still received two identical boxes. A week later, we had no refund and still had both boxes. We followed up with the same representative we initially spoke to, but she said there was nothing she could do because the second box had already shipped by the time she received our first email. They didn’t want the extra box back and refused to issue a refund. We paid 75 CAD for one box. Feels like a scam. We had purchased from them before, but this will definitely be the last time.

Treats are okay and quite unimpressed with the toys. Would cancel right away if i wasn’t locked in for 3 months. Will not be renewing my subscription and will refer others to competitors.

I enjoyed the toys but 40/a month is not worth it. For the tough toys all the toys are the same, but just with different themes. And he destroyed one toy and I never received my replacement. Also, if you sign up for a year contract they charge you to cancel. Beware. Cute concept but not worth it!!!
