We tried this subscription and it wasn't the right thing for our dogs. That's fine. However, we tried to cancel, but they essentially refused. After continued pressure, the only thing they would offer was for us to pay the "full price" for the 2 boxes we received. The full price of a box is $45, so a total of $90 for maybe $10 worth of toys and treats! What a rip-off! I've never seen such a difficult subscription to cancel. Most reputable companies make it very easy to cancel. Be VERY WARY if you decide to sign-up. There are many similar reviews to this that say the same thing.

I just received my first box of a 12 month subscription at $31 month. My french bulldog destroyed 2 of the 3 toys within the first hour. The toys are dollar store quality at best. I contacted bullymake.com and was told I had to pay an additional $14 to cancel the subscription. The contents of the ENTIRE box are barely worth $14, much less $45.

I contacted them to cancel after the first box in a 3 box subscription. Three months later if gotten a fourth box. My dog doesn't like their toys and I don't need more overpriced treats.

It's expensive, and signing up for one box is not signing up for one box, it's signing up for the monthly subscription and it's impossible to cancel without contacting them. I've reported them to the FTC for the last bit.

Total SCAM! This is my second month of bullymake. The 1st month, I thought my box had been tampered with because the tape had been removed from the box when I had received it, and there was a very low quality toy in the Box. I received my second box last night. The tape was on, but again there was a cheap dollar store toy in the Box. Either bullymake is a scam, or there are staff workers replacing the REAL toy with a dollar store toy. DO NOT fall victim to this scam. Thankfully they agreed to send a replacement and cancel my subscription.

I've emailed the company for months trying to cancel my subscription because I was not happy with it all. They told me I could buy out of it and were supposed to charge me 15 to buy out. They didn't they tried charging for the full price of the box. I've canceled my debit cards and they still are able to access my bank unauthorized. Everytime I contact customer service to resolve this I get multiple emails with a new person each time. My problem after three months is still not resolved. This company is a rip off over charhing for your that don't last. I've spent so much wanted time, I'm at a point where I am just done with it, I'll close my entire bank account next

I had problems from the moment I subscribed and they continued throughout the subscription until I had to cancel because it was more problems than anyone should have to go through with a company that you are giving your money to. They have now been taking unauthorized payments from my account and I have been trying to get in contact with someone in charge of this company with no replies back through emails and even being hung up on from a so called person in charge. I do not recommended this company for anyone unless you like to pay for something that you have no control over and a place where they will continue to take money from your account when you no longer have a subscription with them. So if you already have subscribed I would definitely recommend you look over all your bank statements because they take money when they want and if you try to sort anything out it will just be like that for that day and go right back to having the same problems. I still am struggling with someone who oversees this company to get back to me and now after 3 months of being canceled they have just started the subscription and taking money from my daughters account even if it was the last of her birthday money and money that was going towards my dads funeral since he just passed but they don’t care they will do what they want and answer to no one. I am in the process of starting a police report. I wouldn’t even give them one star but there isn’t a choice for anything lower.

This company is a joke. I had contacted customer service that my dogs do not like the toys that are being sent, mainly the plastic nylon toys that are useless. They informed me to change my preferences to only plush or rope toys and treats. I did do that and still receive the hard plastic toys. I unfortunately signed up for the 1-year subscription and in all my boxes, have not once received treats. In addition, their plush toys and rope toys are nothing special. For the price of this box, it is not worth it. You are better off spending the money at the pet store. $69.17 CAD a month is ridiculous for only two useable toys (one plush and one rope) and two useless plastic "toys" that last 10 minutes with my GSDs.
