Horrible customer service. Trying to do everything in their power so I will not cancel. I had to have my credit card canceled.

CAUTION! STAY AWAY form them! The nylon toy they sell is so hard that chipped my dog's tooth, we had to take her to vet emergency to pull the tooth out! Cost aside, the toys they sell are dangerous! There is no way that these toys are tested before they start marketing on them

The treats are ok but I did a 6 month contract and it’s been almost a year and I keep getting boxes and being charged!!!! I’ve emailed them 3 times and sent several messages on social media and nothing!!!! Terrible experi nce

I wish I read all these terrible reviews before I bought a box, which is turning into several boxes as they continue to send and charge over $90 each. The toys are rubbish and were destroyed within minutes. The company should be shut down. They are making a killing out of false advertising. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!

This company is a total scam. DO NOT SIGN UP AS THEY WILL NEVER CANCEL YOU ANS KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY. The toys are Chinese plastic garbage. They send the same toys every month just different shapes. My dog has zero interest. I canceled 4 times ans they keep charging me even when I send The boxes back. Dont waste your money on this unscrupulous group.

Garbage products. Garbage policies. my dog chewed up the first and I had to pull extra rubber/plastic off the second out of the box that wasn't removed after manufacture. They had the nerve to put a fight about cancelling despite the fact I sent them a picture of their stuff chewed up within minutes, indicating that they were within their policies to refuse cancellation. Also noting not all their products are for "power chewers", what kind of company hides behind mandatory retention policies for their subscription products when their products are not of exceptional quality? I tried this company at the recommendation of a friend and I am so disappointed. No company that doesn't clearly stand behind their products with clear, reasonable refund/cancellation policies should be in business. Full stop.

Total Scam. They spend more money on their marketing then their products. Toys are very cheap. My corgi chewed through the ballistic toy in 10 minutes. The treats have all the same ingredients just different packaging. Low quality treats I don't want to give to my dog. Tried to cancel, but I have to wait 2 more months for my plan to end. I'm not sure how these business owners sleep at night knowing that they are stealing people's money and trust.
