Wish I could give a 0 star review. I was so excited for my dog to finally have durable toys. First box arrives and the toys are horrible. One was a very hard plastic that my dog got cut up chewing on. It left sharp points where her teeth indented it, so much for durable. I tried to contact customer service to let them know their toy literally injured my dog and I wanted to cancel future boxes and get a refund for the one that hurt my dog. They didn't give me any options to ease my concern, but instead told me that if I wanted to cancel and not recieve any more boxes I'd have to pay the difference of what I did recieve and change my plan to a one-month (vs the 3 month I signed up for). PLEASE TELL ME HOW THAT MAKES SENSE. Yeah, let me pay more for a toy that hurt my dog. NO unacceptable. I fought the charge through my bank thankfully, but this place is ridiculous and I will never be back. I will also warn all my fellow pet parents to stay away. It is not worth it.

If i could leave a -0 star i would. this is a total scam sham. (tried a couple of days to contact them and communication is very tricky or nonexistent) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You sign up to try once they can even get the shipping information right! when you try to cancel, they suddenly say you're on the hook for a 6mo to 12 mo. plan. which is nowhere listed even if you order once. also, you can not speak to anyone at the 972-643-8576 listed on the site. You call either # and its automated and then disconnects the call. They say you can chat but when you do you continually disconnect from chat by Agent this happened to me while chatting with Tine, Vinnah and Mito. This is a completely and utterly fraudulent company!!!

I subscribed for 12 months to try them out and the toys are garbage, my dog destroyed them. I sent an email and asked to cancel my subscription and they said I have to finish my 12 month subscription. WHAT THE?! Who are they to FORCE you to keep a year long subscription to something you cant use?! Thiefs! Scammers! What a horrible way to trap people and do business. I am going to report them to BBB. This is a scam company. You cant reach anyone on the phone and the live chat doesnt even work. I am going to file a dispute case with my bank on them so they cannot continue to charge me!

I got my first box and I am not impressed. I have 2 dogs a 6 month old Rottie and a 4 year old Pitt. When I signed up and ordered after I placed the order I got a thong for 15% off my first box...well cant use it because I had already ordered. I was supposed to get a free toy and didnt get it. The rope ball I thot was a rope for tug o war is the one toy they are interested in. The other 2 toys are nylon crap. My pup finally played with the black one and its already coming apart after 10 minutes. Ill be going to the grocery store to get them toys that last longer. This stuff isnt worth the money. I wish I could attach a picture of the toys they just got and the one I did get at the store to show how true I am being.

We deeply regret committing to a 12-month agreement. We tried to cancel after the first box when our dogs destroyed the toys within minutes. If you like little rubber bits all through your house, Bullymake is for you. We have two doodles, one Aussie and one Golden. The other toys sent are nylon and the entire family has slipped on them creating a hazard. Customer service is terrible. They claim to have "live chat" but all you do is send an email and wait for a reply via email. That is not how chat works on any other site. Do not waste your money as we did. If I cared more I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am sure this review will not be posted on their site, none have been posted since last year. What does that tell you?

They are trying to make me finish 3 month subscription before canceling and my dogs chew right through.Please use another company.This is scammy having you trapped in something you can't use.Customer service is terrible

Is it possible me to give 0 stars? This company markets to strong chewers yet it doesn't hold a candle to competitors. I've been told there is no way to cancel my sub even though they are completely inappropriate for strong chewers and falsely advertised. This month after just last month telling them their toys aren't strong enough for our boy, they decided to send us a plush toy with a choking hazard core that I had to pull out of his throat and another toy that's way to small for his size and breed despite him having an active profile for a super chewer. I cannot wait to end our relationship with this company. Do yourself a favor and go straight to Bark! They have better customer service and a better product in all. I'm very disappointed with the service we've received at Bullybox.

Unfortunately I was required to leave at least 1 star. I ordered a subscription for my sons dog for Christmas. The first shipment and charge was December 15. Figured it would possibly arrive for Christmas so I could wrap it. Well it is now April 16, the December shipment is En Route, the January shipment is En Route, I did receive the February shipment amazingly enough, March.....En Route and April shipped on the 14th and I have no expectation of receiving it. The toys I did receive for a $55 subscription were less than impressive. All in all I have paid over $200 and received one lousy shipment. I have reached out to them, will see if their customer service is remotely decent.
