A quality product would have a quality guarantee with no additional fees
A company that stands behind their product should be much more forthcoming with their cancellation options, while bully box offers the option to cancel your subscription at any time, what they do not advertise is that cancellation doesn't take effect until you receive all agreed upon shipments. I understand that every product may not work for every dog and that can never be a guaranteed option. But if they stand behind their product and their product is not work for you, it should be very easy to end any future shipments without additional fees

Bullymake subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, if a subscription is canceled before the agreed-upon commitment is completed, an early cancellation fee may apply. These terms are outlined in our Terms of Sale, but we understand your feedback that this information should be more clearly communicated. We also understand that not every toy or treat will be the right fit for every pup.
