I ordered from Bullymake because they advertise their toys are tough and if your dog destroys them you get a free replacement. I signed up for 3 months of the service. I opted to receive the top 2 toughest toys. My Staffy destroyed 1 in less than 1 hour. I contacted the company and provided a picture of the destruction. They said they would ship a replacement, I received a tracking number, but it’s been a month and I haven’t received the toy and when I track the package it says the number is invalid. I changed my toy preferences on their website to only receive the toughest toys. I received the second shipment and it did not reflect the change I made to the toys. I contacted them again but have very low expectations at this point. I’m not sure how it’s legal to lock me in for 3 months and not provide the promised services.

They have not responded to requests to cancel my subscription since October 2023. I received another ($50) box in March 2024. I cancelled again and reported my card stolen. I received another box (and charge) today - they contacted Visa to get my new number saying that I had a subscription with them. HOW IS THAT LEGAL??? I reported to BBB and also called my Visa card reporting them as unauthorized. Visa refunded my September charge. If they continue to charge, I will have to (again) get a new credit card - this time stopping all autocharge vendors from obtaining my new credit card. HORRIBLE COMPANY

I honestly would give them zero stars. I had to request THREE DIFFERENT TIMES TO STOP BILLING AND SENDING boxes for my dead dog! And even then they asked if I wanted to put the account on hold! Unbelievable!

I ordered one month, and it will not be canceled. Over and over I email them and they reply with discount options, but will not cancel. Scammy AF!

I cannot cancel subscription. This should be illegal. There is nobody but stupid robots to talk to. I would strongly suggest to not give bullymake any of your hard earned money

I have been working with a customer service agent on BullyMake (John) for a couple of weeks now. I requested that my subscription be cancelled On September 11, 2024 because the "guaranteed" toys provided in my first subscription box by BullyMake were destroyed by my dog. I requested a replacement and was told they were only going to replace one of the toys (I thought ALL toys were guaranteed). After the replacement toy was also destroyed (and not replaced) I requested my subscription be cancelled. They said because it was a "year long" subscription, they would not cancel it without charging me an additional amount. I made the request to cancel. Then today I received an email showing that they sent another box and charged my credit card. Once again, I contacted the "on line" customer service (the only one available) and was told they didn't understand I wanted my subscription cancelled (this was after a lengthy on line conversation with customer service and two emails to customer service requesting my subscription be cancelled). Now I have to wait for the box they mistakenly sent to be delivered, then I have to take it back to the post office to be returned to them before I receive a credit on my credit card. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. Please read ALL of the fine print before subscribing to this service -- it is definitely NOT was is represented.

This company will extort you to cancel their subscription. There are no options available on their website to cancel, you must go through their predatory customer service which refuses to cancel you unless you pay a $6 cancellation fee. The box was not worth the money by any means but even if it was, this is now how you do business.

I signed up with a promo ($19) for the first box, because “what a deal!”. When it came time to select, I had the option of 2-3 toys AND 2-3 treats OR toys only. They do not tell you that not only is there shipping but the “toys only” option has an upcharge. So, I paid another $5 for toys only because their treat bags were aimed at being used for training incentives (small-ish, bite sized). All-in-all, I paid $30 for the box and just received it yesterday. I got 4 toys. I paid extra to receive barely more than the treat and toy box was offering. The toys are ridiculous. The nylon toy is not safe, and will absolutely break a tooth. I was sent two “ballistic” material toys, with one being little more than a scrap of fabric. The last was a thick rubber ball with slots to put treats into. I’m so utterly disappointed that I wasted $30 on this when I could have gone to Marshall’s or TJ Maxx and gotten several usable toys for this price instead of what amounts to maybe two. I wish I could include a picture to highlight how much of a let down this box was.
