Tried to get a replacement item...
Bought a $15 toy at a gas station in Montana. That's Expensive to me- a $15 toy? Do you realize some people work a hour of their life just to make $15? .... I tried to get a replacement item that was tougher for my 20lb dog and it was a very unsatisfactory experience in chat. Just a lot of meaningless "sorries". As a first time customer, even with a bank statement from where I purchased a few days ago (shouldn't they know who they are selling to? Don't you have a file somewhere?) and a photo of the mangled toy they wouldn't even consider a replacement. I needed to have a receipt with the name of the company on it for it to be considered. THERE ARE ALWAYS EXCEPTIONS. People need to have more faith in their customers these days, life is hard enough and I just wasted my time, but I think its important to write this. I will not be buying from Bullymake again. Learn from other companies like "West Paw". You're doing it wrong.

Hi Maia - we are sorry to hear you did not have a great experience with our team. From your description, it sounds like you purchased a Bullymake toy from a retailer instead of direct, which is why our team did not have access to your purchase information directly. If you’re open to trying our products again and would like to learn more about purchasing directly from us on a toy by toy basis, please visit our shop at bullymakeshop.com. And of course, you can always reach out to our team with questions via live chat on our website or at [email protected]!
