Hi Dave - Sorry to hear that your Bullymake box was not a win for you and your pup. We do offer a range of toy materials to hopefully suit every dog's preference and play style. Our rubber toys are more durable than our plush and ballistic offerings but not quite as tough as our nylon option. We’d appreciate another chance to support your dog’s play needs! If you’re interested, please contact us at [email protected] or via live chat with a screenshot of your review and this response—we’d be happy to send a rubber toy for your pup to try!

Hi Sisi - We’re disappointed to hear about your experience—this is not the standard we strive for at Bullymake. Hi Kathleen -We’re sorry our toy didn’t meet your expectations. While our rubber and nylon toys are tested for tough chewers, we know every pup has a unique play style. Our replacement process allows for pet parents to try toy types risk free to hopefully find the perfect fit for their dog. Your feedback helps us improve durability and design, as well as product education and recommendations, to ensure a safe and enriching experience for every pup. We’d appreciate another chance to support your dog’s play needs! If you’re interested, please contact us at [email protected] or via live chat with a screenshot of your review and this response—we’d be happy to send a toy of a different material than before for your pup to try!
