We signed up for a three month subscription and they added that it auto pays after that then after we called and told them they are still sending boxes and trying to charge us. Stay away from this company Bullymake added this response below to make it seem like they are working on the issue for people who read it. Trust me they are doing nothing. All they had to do is send me a paid return address and this would be settled. Don't let their reply fool you they don't care. As I said they did absolutely nothing and still expect us to pay for the box we did not order. Run away from ever doing business with them. 03/31/2025 after posting to all of their social media and the CEO on LinkedIn and a honest review on Trustpilot they said they are giving me a full refund and I am returning the box

My dog doesn't like the treats or the hard plastic toys. The treats don't fit in the toys. Also, I selected the 6 month option when I signed up, apparently. So I have to continue to pay for subpar toys and treats so hard you can't break them by hand. If you need to contact them, you can't find a phone number, only email. If you have an issue with their product, they definitely let you know that you agreed to multiple months in their "Terms & Conditions." You know, the thing most people don't read when buying something like a treat and toy box for their pets. Needless to say neither myself or anyone else that I know will be doing business with Bullymake again. If you do have a problem, I encourage you to reach out, it may take more than one email as it did with me, but at least they responded to let me know I agreed to a 6 month subscription of terrible treats and toys.

Thieves, I signed up for one box and they’re sending me a box a month. I received a second box and lost my mind thieves and not only that they sent exactly the same boxes the first time a giant rubber thing okay Dog can’t eat through it and his giant cookie thing that the dog Cannot eat through and should not it is not for consumption. now they are playing the game of sorry when we get to it we’ll take care of it. F them I cancelled my credit card.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I received my first bully box and within 24 hours my one year-old puppy had destroyed both of the toys I couldn’t talk to a live human about my problem.The only thing I could do was send a message. They will not replace your money or help you cancel your subscription. The only thing they’ll do is send you a replacement toy, which is worse than the first one. You also can’t write a review on their site so obviously nobody really cares if you enjoy the product or not. If I could rate with a ZERO I would!

I have had a terrible experience with BullyMake, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. In January, I ordered a one-month subscription box, hoping to find quality products for my dog. What I received was deeply disappointing. The treats were mediocre at best and even caused my dog to have digestive issues. As for the so-called "tough chewer" toys, they were nothing more than hard plastic—completely unsuitable for actual play or regular chewing. My dog had absolutely no interest in them. While the poor product quality was frustrating, it was not my biggest issue. I decided the box simply wasn’t for me and moved on. However, a month later, I was shocked to find another box delivered to my door—one that I had never ordered. Upon checking my account, I discovered that BullyMake had saved all of my personal information, including my credit card details, and had enrolled me in a three-month recurring subscription without my consent. I never authorized this, nor did I receive any notification of the charge. To make matters worse, the company provides no straightforward way to cancel subscriptions. Their customer service phone number is completely nonfunctional, leaving email as the only option to reach them. When I emailed requesting a cancellation and refund, they outright refused. Instead, they persistently tried to push me into purchasing a different subscription box. It was only after I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau and take legal action that they begrudgingly agreed to stop future charges—but even then, they refused to issue a refund, forcing me to accept two more unwanted boxes. To top it all off, after checking my account, I found that my subscription had not actually been canceled as promised. I had to go as far as changing my credit card information to ensure they could not continue to charge me. This company is deceitful, unethical, and has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Their shady business practices should serve as a warning to anyone considering purchasing from them. I regret ever giving them my business, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for pet products.

Ordered a cheap exercise walking machine from an advert with ARGOS heading ,paid £41.98 ,given order number 2596, then a day later noticed a debit of £43.42 from AGLAN- DREAMFORHOME BUT HAVE NEVER ordered from this company. Fortunately have been able to claim my money back ( good old Barclays) Scammers don’t deal with this lot !!

Absolutely impossible to cancel!! My dog didn't like the toys and the treats are not worth the 45/box. They're super boring generic treats. They refused to allow me to cancel the full year subscription. Do NOT subscribe. Had to cancel via my credit card dispute process.

Such a horrible experience and product. My dog chewed one rot within minutes of having it. I contacted customer service through their email from their welcome email and noone answered. I then open a chat on their site and get such mast service representatives. They FINALLY SAY THEY CANCELED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND now I have another Iverson $50 charge. That ever you do stay away from this company. They do not care about you or your dog.
