The toys you send are great. The couple of times I’ve needed to change out the durability, it’s been an easy switch. Of course the dogs love the treats 🐶🐶🐶

Toys are well made and durable. Our dogs love all the treats. Customer service was very good when we had a toy issue. Fast replacement.

I love it and so do my pups. I want less cloth toys because they absolutely destroy them. I would love a durable cloth toy because one of my dogs likes to carry them around.

My Power Chewer Golden loves the Football box! The football, the gold post was outstanding. I made a mistake and ordered a rope forgetting the debacle with the last robe. A trip to the Vet! Yikes, he torn it to shreds and ate it. Was made aware that they will just send toys next time. I plan on getting another subscription in 2026!

Hi Susan - thanks for sharing your experience with us. At Bullymake, we understand that each pup has their own unique play style and some toy types may work better than others. Because of this, our boxes are customizable and designed to let the pet parent select what toy types to include that work best for your pup! Our team would be happy to ensure the toy selection fits well for your pup moving forward with no rope toys. If you would like to customize, simply reply to our Trust Pilot request for information and a team member will be in touch with you directly via email!

My dog is enjoying toys without destroying them within minutes, and I mean minutes. Thank you. She can now proudly walk around the house with the same toy for a week or so.
