You didn't answer my e-mails. After placing my order I e-mailed you twice asking about tracking and delivery date. No response from you. i did receive the items.

Device works great! Already seeing some results. My only concern was that I never received tracking information until I emailed support. The device ultimately did ship in a timely manner given that it was the holidays.

After my last complaint (see below) I received an response email from Mr. Chrisman Hughes. Everything solved. I'm happy to confirm that I received today a new Bow and the money refund. I'll definitely make my next order with them.

After an initial review of one star, caused by the companies not sending the item in a timely manner and poor responses to my emails, they went out of their way to recompense me for the lack of response and slow handling. I was pleased with their efforts and am delighted with the product when it finally arrived.

I got everything done I needed to get done. It was easy and you responded very quickly.

I had a bullworker back in early 80's. Since I'm much older I decided isometric training would be the way to go. Since I have no free weights, the bullworker is the way to go.
