Didn't get what I paid for
Bought bullworker classic, was offered isobow so bought that too. Isobow was not in box when delivery was made and was not delivered. So one star for not providing what I paid for.

Cheap Chinese made junk
Cheap Chinese made junk! Damaged by UPS during delivery, just to add to my disgust that I spent this much money on Chinese made "exercise equipment". Utterly disappointed. This "Bullworker" company is, apparently, a drop ship company for Chinese manufactured stuff. I have an original Bullworker from the mid-70s and it sure wasn't made in China. Absolutely cannot recommend this product or this "company".

Premium Service
The online content, workouts and videos provided under the Bullworker Premium Service are not worth the fee charged. The YouTube content provided for free is better. Additionally, the way your content is organized makes it very difficult to find what you are looking for. I signed up for the premium service for two hours then felt compelled to cancel because the content was so poor.

They want my review 8 hours after I receive it and won't stop bothering me
I got my bullworker in the late afternoon. The very next morning they want me to review it when it is still in the box. I warned them that this was NOT acceptable and if they continued to bother me I would give them a one star. They sent an email telling me that this was just confirm how the item was sent and support for it. This is obviously untrue otherwise it would say something about shipping. Also support? What support? How to open the box? After warning them not continue to bother me, I got about 5 more emails and now a reminder to review their product. I warned them, here is their one star.
