Device works great! Already seeing some results. My only concern was that I never received tracking information until I emailed support. The device ultimately did ship in a timely manner given that it was the holidays.

After an initial review of one star, caused by the companies not sending the item in a timely manner and poor responses to my emails, they went out of their way to recompense me for the lack of response and slow handling. I was pleased with their efforts and am delighted with the product when it finally arrived.

I bought my first Bullworker in the early 1980s. Used it for years until it finally wore out. I got results from using it, though it is in my opinion best used as a component of an overall fitness program. I eventually got around to swinging kettlebells, pumping iron, but purchased and will use the new Bullworker. I like the adjustability of the new model. Just starting with Bullworker again but expect I will be happy with it.

My order was Never delivered by UPS.They say i Must pay 33$ as import fees before they deliver. When i try to pay, they say to verify my informations and try again. I have tried at least 6 times whitout success . I am in a dead end. I didn’t have such problems with my two previous orders. Didn’t have to pay import fees either. Roger Sanschagrin Order 31545

The Bullworker itself is fantastic. I still. have not received mine through eBay. I had one in the past but it was lost in a move.

Ok, definitely have to upgrade my review after Bullworker rescued the situation. After explaining that they had been closed for a holiday and a reorganization in their reply, they instantly put the situation right by mailing out the correct equipment. Top marks for that; putting something right and quickly, is the mark of good customer services. The old review before the update. The ISO Gym arrived in damaged packaging with the book badly dented. I ordered from the official website because I was told in emails, by Bullworker, that that would mean that I would receive the new version with the extension to turn it into a suspension trainer; I didn't! Despite several emails I have not had one reply or response to correct the situation or process the return.
