I have not received my order after more than 2 months. Their only response is to contact the third party logistics partner to find out. When I contact them they tell me to contact another 3rd party logistics partner who I then cant get hold of. Very poor. I have asked for a refund but they are ignoring the request. Dont know what to do.

Bought magnesium glycinate (without reading carefully the label, that’s totally my fault) but the product bottle and the page only said glycinate, only to discover later on that it has oxide (lower absorption rate, and a buffer) and they don’t specify which percentage each has. Classic deceptive label. No honest from them, who knows what else they’re doing are messing with. Ps: I tried twice to write this on the review page (to alert others) but my one star review won’t show up.

Keep in mind it's 2026. After placing an order with these guys on September 5th, I was expecting to have their shipping department ship the order within a few days. After a few emails, one was totally unacceptable, and it goes like this: "Thank you for contacting bulksupplements.com The initial scan with Asendia typically takes 14 business days. Let us know if you need additional information. Thank You, Ashlyn. Customer Service Representative". How can an American company be legally allowed to withold "PAID" orders for up to 14 days before shipping them out? After having read some reviews on here, I wonder how people still buy from this company 🤔
