I ordered powdered lycopene that was advertised as 200 mg per serving… It arrived and each serving is 200 mg of cornstarch with 10 mg of lycopene in it…. Falce advertising… complete rip off…!!!

Terrible company do not pick I bought some supplements specifically iron k pure tablets. When opening the bottle the tamper seals was broken. After contacting support I’m advised to carry in anyway despite the fact the lid itself was very loose, with the tamper seals lodged into the lid I also bought some multi vitamins gummies. 60 pack The gummies came half filled bottles clearly not 60. This is more evident by the fact another bottle of gummies I ordered also a 60 piece of similar size is filled right to the brim When contacting support for this their response is to count all 60 Me showing them pictures of the tamper seals still on, bottle unopened and next to one that’s actually filled means nothing to them I would submit pictures of my interaction with support, the pics of the bottles etc but I can’t on this platform

Took way to long to get delivered

The product itself is fine. The international shipping experience and customer support were absolutely not. BulkSupplements shipped my order through ECMS Express. When repeated delivery attempts started failing, ECMS directed me to Ninja Van as the local carrier. Ninja Van tracking repeatedly showed “customer cannot be contacted,” even though I was at the delivery address. On several alleged attempts, nobody called, messaged or arrived. After spending days contacting BulkSupplements, ECMS and Ninja Van, I eventually discovered that the parcel was actually being handled by Flash Express. ECMS later even confirmed that Ninja Van did not have delivery coverage for my address. So the actual chain became: BulkSupplements → ECMS → supposedly Ninja Van → actually Flash Express → customer forced to solve it himself. I ultimately located the parcel myself and personally collected it from Flash Express. It was never successfully delivered to my address. What made the experience worse was BulkSupplements’ attitude afterward. They refused to refund the shipping fee and told me that once they hand the package to the shipper, it is “out of our hands.” That is an extraordinary response from a company that sold me and charged me $13,59 for the shipping service. Their support repeatedly ignored the actual issue. One response simply asked whether I had received the parcel because tracking showed “delivered,” completely missing the fact that I only received it because I personally tracked it down and collected it. They then relied on carrier tracking claiming that I was unavailable, despite my repeated explanation that I was present and no driver arrived. In other words: their logistics chain failed, their shipping partners gave contradictory information, I had to investigate and recover the parcel myself, and BulkSupplements’ response was essentially “tracking says delivered, not our problem.” If I had done nothing, the parcel would likely have been returned to sender. Instead, I saved everyone involved the return process by finding and collecting it myself - yet BulkSupplements still refused even to reimburse the shipping charge. Good product. Terrible logistics, terrible accountability, and extremely disappointing customer service. After this experience, I would not trust BulkSupplements with another international order.
