Have not received the Pumpkin Seed Oil package. When did you ship it

We are writing to follow up on our recent shipments of Calcium Carbonate Powder, 500g per bag, and seek clarification on inconsistencies identified within the delivery dated 9 October 2026. we have discovered two issues between Lot 2605807 and Lot 2612701: 1. Differences in product packaging for these two lots; 2. A variance in the labelled % Daily Value: 40% for Lot 2605807 versus 35% for Lot 2612701, even though both batches specify an identical 500mg amount per serving. We kindly request your formal clarification on the following two points: • The reason for the packaging change between these two lots from the same delivery • The root cause of the difference in the % Daily Value declaration on the nutrition label The customer service from Bulksupplements replied that "percentage varies due to different suppliers" is completely unconvincing for medical supplies. We still lack a formal root cause explanation. This stock is intended for hospital use for patient care. Our end hospital user is awaiting these supplies urgently, and we cannot release the goods for use until we receive your explanation and confirmation. For months I fought with them to stop shipment delays, finally they got it (packages arriving 10 days late). Now they took payment (on April 20) and package did NOT arrive, it is only two (2) months late.

You can great a deal on a supplement but then they bang you for like $14 shipping lol. Hell no! I made that mistake once and I won’t do again. I try not to give my business to businesses… not Amazon.. but at least with prime u can forego that!

Some of their products are of inconsistent quality, colours of extracts change from order to order, powders are often different grades of grind, sometimes super fine and other times quite course. I have been ordering from them for several years and have noticed these inconsistencies over time. As I'm a small player and located overseas my emails often get ignored. But on the upside postage is reasonable and very quick if you go express.

Extremely disappointed with Bulksupplements, accepting my order for one product, notifying me a week later, saying it’s out of shock. And then I had to re-order the same product in a lower dosage. and that took over a month to get to me when I contacted customer service via email at first I had a typical response wait a few more days and see if it comes. I waited. Those few days still wasn’t here I called them and once again I got the same response on the phone nothing extra ordinary about their customer service.
