The prices are great
The prices are great, as is the free shipping. The large quantity required is a challenge, but we were able to make it work. I was disappointed that I put quite a bit of effort into an order, getting approval for the increased quantity and cost, etc, only to find out days after the order that the product was discontinued. I know stuff happens, but when your required minimum purchase for bulk price is nearly 1200 units, it seems that you should know whether or not you have them available.

You're absolutely right that putting in that level of effort only to hit a dead end is frustrating, especially at bulk order quantities. When manufacturers discontinue a product, they unfortunately don't notify us directly. We refresh our catalog a couple of times a year by requesting updates from our suppliers, but that means there's a window where a discontinued item can still appear active on our site. It's a gap we're always working to tighten. Our team is more than happy to confirm stock availability, flag any potential issues, or help build out the order with you.
