In reviewing your order history for household toilet paper, the item ordered on this order is not the same as past orders with a completely different item number, specifications, packaging quantity and value. So sorry you had an unpleasant experience. Please realize that unfortunately we receive many chats from individuals who are not really looking to purchase product. Our team has reviewed the chat transcript, based on the subject matter and a very extremely unusual request related to feminine hygiene products Joe used her judgement and decided not to start the chat and ended it.
