Great Selection of Products!
Response from Bulk Office SupplySep 9, 2026
Appreciate the shoutout on our selection! We work hard to offer a wide range of products so businesses can get everything they need in one place. If there's ever something you'd like to see us carry, or anything that would've made this a 5-star experience, we'd genuinely love to hear it. Thanks for the review!

It's extremely difficult to comprehend if you are buying a box or a carton when you list both at the same time. For 2 pocket school folders, your site said, 25/box, 5 boxes/carton and then it listed a minimum quantity of 25. But this makes it incredibly difficult to know if I'm purchasing 25 boxes*5=125 folders (aka 5 cartons), or am I purchasing a minimum quantity of 25 cartons (aka 125*5=500 folders). Especially difficult because 500 folders for the price listed * 5 is not unheard of. Plenty of companies offer .32 cent folders, especially when buying in bulk. But if that same price was for 125 folders (aka 25 boxes) then it could still be reasonable pricing at $1.28 per folder, it's just not a sale price. So that's what I would fix if I were you. Don't list two units on the same page. Be clear and concise. But what went well is your product selection is large, and I like that.

First off, thank you for taking the time to write out such a detailed review. Feedback like this, with specific examples and clear reasoning, is genuinely more valuable to us than a quick 5-star rating. You're absolutely right that listing both units on the same page creates confusion, and it's a valid frustration when you're trying to calculate real per-unit pricing on a bulk order. The good news: we're actively working on a big project that will resolve exactly these kinds of clarity issues on our product pages. We'd encourage you to check back toward the end of the year to see what we've built. In the meantime, if you ever want a quick check on quantities or pricing before placing an order, our team is always happy to walk through it with you. Thanks again for the thoughtful suggestions, and for the kind words on our product selection!

The prices are great, as is the free shipping. The large quantity required is a challenge, but we were able to make it work. I was disappointed that I put quite a bit of effort into an order, getting approval for the increased quantity and cost, etc, only to find out days after the order that the product was discontinued. I know stuff happens, but when your required minimum purchase for bulk price is nearly 1200 units, it seems that you should know whether or not you have them available.

Thank you for the kind words on pricing and shipping, and our sincere apologies for the miss. You're absolutely right that putting in that level of effort only to hit a dead end is frustrating, especially at bulk order quantities. When manufacturers discontinue a product, they unfortunately don't notify us directly. We refresh our catalog a couple of times a year by requesting updates from our suppliers, but that means there's a window where a discontinued item can still appear active on our site. It's a gap we're always working to tighten. Our team is more than happy to confirm stock availability, flag any potential issues, or help build out the order with you. That way you won't have to find out later that something fell through. Thanks again for your patience, and we hope for the chance to do better next time!

GREAT PRICES, BUT OBJECT TO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS WHEN WE DON'T HAVE A LARGE ORDER.
Response from Bulk Office SupplyJun 10, 2026
Thanks for the honest feedback! We're glad the pricing works for you, and we totally understand the frustration around minimum order requirements. Those minimums help us keep wholesale pricing as low as possible, but we know they don't always fit every order size. If you ever need help finding alternatives or working within a smaller order, our team is happy to talk through options with you. Just reach out anytime!

Great pricing, fairly easy to navigate the site. Slight learning curve on getting bulk pricing. Wish there was an expedited shipping option. Still, great experience.
