Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and balanced review, Christopher. We’re really glad to hear that your order arrived quickly, well-packed, and exactly as expected—and that the products themselves are a good fit for your projects. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the difficulty you had reaching our customer service team. That’s understandably frustrating, especially when you’re making decisions for your business and need clear answers up front. Your feedback has been shared with our customer service leadership so we can address the responsiveness issues you experienced and make improvements. We appreciate you giving us a chance despite the communication challenges, and we’re glad the fulfillment side of your order was a success. -The Bulk Apothecary Team
