Product was available, shipped, and arrived promptly. Only complaint is cost of shipping but unfortunately that's the nature of the beast.

Would have given 5* but the 1st thing that pops up is 'cookie' crap. For years people have sold things and most understood what everyone wanted... now with the inter'the'net 'cookies' have to further the chaos. Can't change the date of review who woulda thought ordered 11/20/25 see title for review date +4... progress was sent this by email but needs my email to accept... hmmm 'cookies' I suppose... even needs code sent to emaail

Great items at good prices. First order went well. Shipping was a little slow, but that was due to the postal service and not in their control. Items themselves were processed & out the door within 3 days. Very happy with purchase & will be buying from them again.

I placed a decent sized order and received an order number but i didn’t receive the tracking number or any updates. I absolutely love the way these oils smell and have ordered a couple times before. Usually my order takes a little while, and i don’t mind waiting, but this time i waited about a month before reaching out. I checked my emails to see if tracking was sent when i realized it hadn’t been. i reached out and was told that it showed delivered and and an investigation would be had. After reaching back out I was notified that a replacement order had been made and would be shipped out the following day. Guys, accidents happen. There is always a room for human error but it all matters in how you take care of it. My replacement order was delivered in 2 days! I am so happy with my replacement order the oils smell amazing and I am so happy to say i will continue doing business here. Thank you
