We do want to clarify that we have robust quality control and labeling procedures in place to ensure the fragrance listed on the label is the fragrance inside the bottle at the time of shipment. However, we’re unable to accept returns or investigate discrepancies after products have been in a customer’s possession for an extended period of time, as this is part of our quality and safety standards. Fragrance perception can vary significantly based on factors such as how it’s evaluated (in-bottle vs. on a scent strip or in an application), surrounding scents, and individual sensitivity. That variability can sometimes create the impression that a fragrance differs from expectations, even when the product itself is correct.
