Dear customer Thank you for the review. You placed order on 21 of March which is Monday afternoon. We have on our policy 24-72 business hours to review an order and we do not work on weekends. Unfortunately throwback is a big seller due to their low price point and similarity to another top selling brand which always running out. We are sorry for the inconvenience, your order will ship out shortly and we will refund shipping we just feel review is a bit harsh when you take into consideration other factors in the supply chain

Hello Sorry for the inconvenience, can we please have the order number so we can look into this issue . We will ship right away and refund entire order for the inconvenience . Our reviews are all public and are all real as we do not pay to delete like other companies does. We are not perfect and we do make mistakes and learn from them and try to do better but unfortunately we do not have control over shipping delays. But we try to do the best we can on all orders even if we loose money on a order. Please send us order number so we can look into it as we were unable to find an order using name left on this review .

Hello We have replied to your request and mentioned to you we will ship items and refund entire order as a courtesy due to our mistake. We understand we are late and are sorry for the inconvenience. But we can assure you we are not a scam as we are license in Florida and our reviews are real good or bad , we are more like other companies that pay to delete the bad ones. We are not perfect and learn from our mistakes and agreed to ship order and refund entire order as an apology Thank you
