So far all of my backwoods have been good and fresh! Also my package arrived fast. I appreciate it I want to know if I bought more in bigger quantities would it be cheaper ?

These guys aren’t scammers at all
These guys aren’t scammers at all. But seems like they are a huge business that’s successful but sometimes things may be delayed. Due to high volume. Even though may take a week or so for a response they are kind and literally refund any mistakes. Love this company. This is a real review. I’ve spent over 1000$ with them in 3 months and I will continue to do business with them.

We are a family owned business and yes we make mistakes and learn from them and try to fix them, unfortunately pandemic and labor shortage and inflation is making things harder for just about anyone . We work with small margins to remain competitive but alaos receive merchandise late or damaged too. Things happen and we understand But there seems to be someone that is jealous of our success and is constantly writing reviews for which there isn’t a order number at all. But unlike them or other competitors we don’t pay to delete reviews , we are transparent and let them be public because we believe in karma, and in honest people like yourself that sees pass that and still trust us to deliver your cigars Thank you once again .

Not a good experience
Not a good experience. Placed an order 5 days ago and nothing , no update, no email sent back when I inquired, nothing. They seem to have plenty of time coming here and responding to reviews but apparently don't have time to ship cigars.

We have refunded the order and will be sending you a free sampler of cigars for the bad experience and for our mistake listing and item that is not available. We are sorry for the delay in response as we are a small company and family owned and unfortunately devote most resources in the warehouse. We understand our customer service is not the best and are aware of the issue and we are trying our best to fix it

Starting to feel scammed. Use to like this company
I use to like this company but now it’s starting to feel like a scam. Every time I order something is always out of stock and I’m not told till my package arrives, when I use to receive my refund before my package arrived. Now when I want a refund I have to email and wait on your convenience to give me my money back because you didn’t do your job. If something doesn’t change I’ll be done ordering from here and will tell anyone to stop as well. You’ve responded saying that person is on vacation, yet this isn’t the first time it’s occurred. Get it together I see a lot of reviews of people having problems similar problems. Mainly your website never being up to date. Please for your customers fix the glitches or I’m done with my business here. I shouldn’t be messaging about my money. You’re a business sell product or don’t take peoples money for a product you don’t have. Check inventory something. There is definitely solution

The person on charge of refunds was out on vacation and came back yesterday and is trying her best to catch up with any refunds that me be pending .
