Dear Customer Thank you for for your order and review We are sorry for the inconvenience and late shipment but the holiday that we all enjoyed caused a few delays. We did answered to your email in a timely manner . Unfortunately emails are answered on first arrival basis. Phone support we disabled as robo calls or spam calls were taking most of our staffs time. And we are not the only ones in the e-commerce space doing that and allocating those same resources in other areas to help the business and keep those families employed. We tried our best on all orders but are humans and make mistakes and can’t please everyone even if we loose money . But we do try and will continue to do so . I will refund $50 of your order total due to our mistakes Thank you
