My order arrived on time and as ordered. I needed to make a change to my order and this was confirmed in less than 10 minutes - impressive.

July 5th I ordered two boxes of "gordo" size... this was confirmed by the company not only when ordered but also confirmation of shipping. After a week of not receiving a shipping confirmation I went online and found it still said order was pending, so I wrote the company-asking that if the product was not in stock then cancel the order and refund my credit card charge. Day later I received confirmation of shipment. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong size product. I saw phone number for customer service, on the order confirmation and shipment confirmation, so I called-to learn that the company no longer has customer phone support-to me the fact the phone number appears on the various confirmations is misleading and deceptive practice. I emailed the company via its website-it has now been over a week and still no response, not by phone and not by email... not an apology or a partial refund (since the size that was shipped actually costs less than the ones I ordered). I will NEVER buy from this company again and I've noted in various online reviews that others are sorely disappointed in dealing with this company. SUBSEQUENT to the above review, I had an exchange of emails with Martin, from Buitrago, and he acknowledged the mis-shipment; we arrived at an economic accommodation which was quickly processed on my credit card. I acknowledge that they were very responsive as a result of the review that I posted and took responsibility. He also responded that they have discontinued phone customer support, he attributed to overwhelming number of spam calls they received.
