Buffy has quality products that live up to the hype. The trial period is enough to make sure you love your product (ours was the breezy comforter) or return it if it's just not quite right. Chronic eczema has made it challenging to sleep comfortably but with the breezy comforter, I've been able to sleep better without overheating or not feeling cozy enough (I some weight with my comforters). Price is reasonably and worth it for us. Would recommend and purchase again when the time comes!

It’s the softest comforter EVER
It’s the softest comforter EVER! We stopped using a top sheet so our bodies could feel the soft comforter! We have 6!!!!! Sent one to our daughter, have them on all beds at our home, w an extra so I can rotate!!!!!! And we got the bottom sheet!!!!! To die for😊

I absolutely love these sheets! They are incredibly soft, lightweight, and cool to the touch. From the very first night, I noticed a difference in how comfortable I was while sleeping. The fabric feels luxurious without being heavy, and they help keep me from getting too warm during the night.

I received defective merchandise and immediately contacted customer service with detailed photos documenting the issues. What followed was weeks of delays, repeated requests for documentation, shifting explanations, and a complete refusal to take responsibility for the condition of the products that were delivered.
The most frustrating part was not the defective products themselves. Manufacturing issues happen. The problem was that at every stage of the process, the company seemed focused on shifting blame rather than standing behind its products and making the situation right.
I was repeatedly asked to provide additional evidence, purchase my own shipping materials, package oversized items myself, and spend my own time arranging the return of products that arrived defective. Even after complying with every request and providing extensive documentation, the company continued to dispute issues, question evidence, and create additional hurdles rather than simply resolving the matter.
Instead of accepting responsibility, the company consistently looked for ways to explain away the defects, shift the burden onto the customer, or avoid accountability for the situation.
A reputable company stands behind its products when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, this company did the opposite.
There are many other companies selling similar products. I strongly recommend purchasing from one of them instead.

We take reports of product issues seriously and thoroughly review all claims submitted to our team. Throughout this process, our goal was to gather the information necessary to evaluate the concerns raised and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.
As part of that process, return labels were provided so the products could be returned and inspected. At this time, the items have not been received at our warehouse, and the return tracking information does not show that the packages have been shipped. Because we have not received the products back, we have been unable to complete our inspection or issue a refund.
We understand that returns can be inconvenient, particularly for larger items, but receiving the products is a necessary step in verifying reported defects and processing refunds fairly and consistently for all customers.
Should the items be successfully returned and received at our facility, we would be happy to continue the review and resolution process.

Dishonest company with fake advertising about trials and returns
They are not an honest company. They advertise a 7 night trial and "try before you buy". However that trial actually starts when you place the order, not when you receive it, which is 7 days later anyway.
They advertise 50 day returns but when I tried to get a return started they said I have to donate it to goodwill or similar and send a picture of the receipt.
Overall not in line with every other modern company that actually offers returns and you can initiate them online without so much back and forth. I had ordered two different colors to see in person and now I have to go through this to get $50 back for pillowcases.
Expensive and not worth it at all. My pillow and case is ok but not worth their difficult service.

I love my Buffy blanket from Winter to Summer
I love my Buffy blanket!! Totally worth it. It’s light and breathable but keeps me warm without wanting another layer. I’ve used it through a cold winter into a hot spring and haven’t needed anything else.
